The chalet was fully renovated in 2022 and features tasteful, cosy furnishings throughout both floors.

    On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room fitted with a panoramic window and a dining table. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace. The first double bedroom on this floor measures 14 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second double bedroom measures 12 m2 and also features 1 double bed of the same dimensions (180 cm width, 200 cm length). It is worth noting that this smaller bedroom does not have a traditional window; however, it benefits from an efficient supply and exhaust air ventilation system and receives natural daylight through a large double-leaf glass door that opens directly onto the living and dining area. The ground floor is further completed by an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC and a separate WC. Underfloor heating is installed throughout this level.

    The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features its own entrance hall, creating a fully self-contained living space. Lage - top, Nahe des Zentrums, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bergbahn sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sauberkeit super Parkplätze direkt am Haus vorhanden - teilweise überdacht Die beiden FeWo's sind liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. In den Badezimmern könnten ein paar mehr Ablageflächen und Haken vorhanden sein - das würde einiges erleichtern. Das Schlafzimmer im EG ohne Fenster ist von der Belüftung her nicht so gut - es wurde nachts zu warm zum Schlafen, obwohl die Fußbodenheizung auf * runtergeregelt war - dadurch haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen und mussten nachts extra lüften. Dass die Sauna extra kostet - ist halt so, aber dass man ausschließlich in Münzen zahlen kann und für 2 Std. 14 € benötigt, ist schon blöd - so viel Kleingeld hat man dann doch nicht mal eben dabei. (Ein Wechselautomat wäre ggf eine Lösung) Uns fehlte ein (beheizbarer) Skischuh-Ständer im Haus, wo man diese aufhängen kann, dass sie über Nacht trocknen - ggf könnte man einen nachrüsten (mit Zeitschaltuhr wäre toll). Der Skiraum in der 'Garage' war für uns völlig ausreichend - für kurze Ski (Kinderski) war dieser jedoch nicht ganz geeignet - dafür waren die Halter zu weit oben - ggf ein/zwei weiter unten nachrüsten wäre cool. Alles in allem sind es aber schöne FeWo's!!!
