"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"This is the worst Hilton I've ever been. The AC does not work, bathroom so narrow, there are only two good things, concierge and bell boys. That is it, we love Park City and Canyons but we are not going to be there again for sure. I'm a Hilton membership so I definitely knows that this is the worst. Guys you need to improve soon!!!"

"Lo bueno: Es un hotel muy bien ubicado justo a media montaña con los lifts a unos pasos de la propiedad (ski in/out) y con su propia “rental store”. En ese sentido inmejorable. El personal es muy amable. El hotel está ubicado en Deer Valley, el cual es un centro de esquí poco saturado y exclusivo por lo que no se se hacen filas para entrar a las góndolas o lifts. "Muy cerca de las tiendas para rentar equipo hacer compras pero creo que debería de tener un restaurante dentro del hotel ya que son pocos y en la temporada que fui es muy difícil poder entrar a alguno de ellos"

"The room was clean. When I made the reservation, what I was most concerned about was the pool and spa, which were supposedly available. We arrived at night, and the next day, surprise! The pool was closed for repairs, and the spa was closed. They also had a sauna that smelled really bad. They ruined our weekend and our celebration."
