"Lo único negativo el recepcionista que era un borde. Lo demás genial!"

"Brilliant location. Amazing bath. Nice room"

"Although we almost turned around upon walking down the block towards the guest house, I am glad we stayed there. We appreciated the price, but will not stay there again."

"Decent on paper, disappointing in reality. The room looked fine in the photos but fell short in person. We were on the ground floor and arrived to a strong smell of cigarettes - the throw blanket had a burn hole in it, suggesting a previous guest had smoked despite the advertised £100 fine. Having seen some reviews, we weren't expecting a great deal, just somewhere to sleep. The room was very clean and smart, even included (a very slightly bashed) fridge, which we didn't use....

"Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money"
