"Everyone at this hotel is so nice and welcoming. Everyone always had a smile and were willing to help in any way. The hotel and gardens are breathtaking. It’s absolutely beautiful and a very different experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on. They had entertainment and honestly we loved our stay. The one and only thing I would ask for is AC in the room and even then I still give them a 5 star. I would love to come back. "

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."

"Perfect location right near the quay but still quiet at night, even with the pub next door- couldn't hear a thing even though they had live music. Great bathroom lighting for doing your makeup - something many places don't have. (It's often like doing your makeup in a coal mine!) plug sockets at both sides of the bed `(three pin and USB!) Bed very comfortable and a fan for if you're too hot. Decent sized mini fridge as well. Host Jenny was very helpful, and there is a dossier in the room with...
