The Hohe Fläming lies between Börde and Zauche, Berlin and Magdeburg. It’s a unique natural landscape with many hiking trails, forests, and fields. Our vacation rental is located in the heart of the Hohe Fläming—more specifically, in Reetz, a small town near Wiesenburg. It’s ideally situated for people who love peace and nature or simply want to relax and unwind. Here, you can truly slow down, go on long bike rides along the well-connected bike paths to the Flämingskate or the Elbe Bike Path, or simply go for a walk in the woods or the nearby Wiesenburg Castle Park. The town of Reetz has its own outdoor swimming pool where you can cool off during the summer months. From Wiesenburg, you can easily reach the cities of Berlin, Dessau, and Magdeburg by train, or you can simply hike along the art trail that begins in Wiesenburg and enjoy nature. There are several castles and palaces in the surrounding area that are well worth a visit. Renting the vacation apartment also includes use of the adjacent garden, which is perfect for barbecuing or relaxing. A locked courtyard next to the building is available for parking your vehicles.
