"Little uncle"

This beautiful Swedish-style vacation home is located in the vacation area on Lake Bernstein in Conneforde, Wiefelstede.
The entrance is via the terrace. The living area is bright and inviting, featuring living room furniture, a cabinet, a recliner, and a TV. There is a staircase leading up to the loft. A new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and convection oven/stove, and there is a dining room with light-colored furniture. All windows are triple-glazed and fitted with pleated blinds; some also have insect screens.
At the rear of the house is a small hallway with coat hooks, a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and handheld showerhead, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. For guests arriving in a wheelchair or with a walker, there is a ramp at the front door, as well as a raised platform and grab bars by the toilet. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer, shelves, a clothes rack, cleaning supplies, and an ironing board with an iron.
The loft is accessible via a very nice, easy-to-navigate staircase with a handrail. It features a sleeper sofa, a table, a cabinet with books and games, and a TV. The room upstairs is intended as a children’s room, with a double bed and a closet.
The beds are made. The bedding is washed and mangled by a professional service in accordance with bacterial safety standards and is provided, as are one hand towel and one bath towel per person.
The patio is paved and furnished with seating and a large wooden table. There is a gas grill, and the patio is covered and can also be equipped with a sun sail in the summer.

Bernsteinsee for swimming, splashing around, stand-up paddleboarding, rowing, and a children’s playground; kiosk, bread roll service, and the Chianti restaurant.

If desired, a tent sauna can be booked for on-site wellness enjoyment. This incurs an additional cost of approximately 60 €.
