It needs to air conditioning what you had to use the heater and it was okay the little Courtyard of Atrium was kind of nice but I went down to the first night and it was really kind of dark looking for a pop machine which they don't have which that upsets me but there was some stairs kind of going down from it I mean a couple not lit or anything I didn't even see them I went I tumbled and fell hard and I hurt my knee and leg which I would but I didn't tell anybody I literally had to crawl from where I fell cracking up to a wall or something he'll pull myself up and ate too a good few minutes to walk from where I was at to the elevator to go up to my room other than that pretty good place

Breakfast was disappointing in that when we went for food there was only a honey bun, coffee, juice, a few creamers, cereal, a few pieces of bread and the waffle maker. There was no fruit or other options for food. The roof in the lobby area was leaking the whole weekend. And having a person who is visually impaired it could have been a major safety issue. The room over all was decent, it was very large. The plugs were all over used and so did not take the chargers for phones making it a challenge to find plugs both in the wall and lamps that would work. The bathroom did not have a working fan to pull the steam out. The bed was large and actually comfortable. The room is marketed as "soundproof", that is not accurate. Doors closing could be heard at all hours. Room service did not come in to the room during the stay to do any refreshing. The person who checked us in said the room number out loud which is a safety concern. Likelihood is we will not stay again. Just enough things that made the stay not stellar for the price.

Their ports used for a breakfast is laughable considering that they have a machine that offers orange juice which is the most watered down orange juice I've ever tasted in my life the apple juice was actually legitimate refreshingly enough but the cranberry juice was just water and then they had a refrigerator that informed you that there was milk inside of it but was only to be used for cereal and nothing else. I didn't dare even try to use the waffle maker it looked like it was out of commission anyway it was so bad. I can't stress this enough the whole entire place is going to hell. The shower didn't drain there was nasty dirt and grime on every single wall possible and these people had the nerve to charge a $50 deposit. I wanted to say how the hell do you charge a deposit for a room that's already broken that's not going to be my $50 that pays for all that damage that was already there so I took a video to prove all the damage that was there ahead of time. When I was getting ready to check out I stepped outside my door and discovered that the front desk lady was standing right on the other side of the door listening to my conversation I was having with my friends for some reason and I informed her how the lamp that was plugged into the wall just exploded on the power cord and charred their floor just randomly and completely scared the hell out of me. The electrical wiring in this place is not safe. Could hear electrical arcing every time I plug my cell phone

The electrical system was compimised. Staff's answer was putting an extenion cord for our c-paps, phone chargers and one lamp. The room had an alcove that was not lit and we found ourselves having to use phone flashlight to see anything. Room had a musty smell and not clean. Carpets were warn an musty with a build up dire along floor boards.The roof was leaking and they had placed a trash can to catch the water. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and would give this hotel 0 stars, however I have to choose one stars in order to give a review.

Bring a body suite

Sheets were dirty and stained. Furniture was gross and worn. Bathroom did not work. Walls were scratched and bare. Area was extremely sketchy. We got here late and didn’t have a choice but to stay. Initially they gave us a room missing the added sofa we paid for and then they gave us a different room and acted like it was an upgrade. The room was filthy. I’d like a refund.

Cheap stay.

Room was clean.. Ish. I counted 11 dead beetles and spiders on the floor. Towels had stains on them. And not sure but looked liked there were dried up blood in the sink. And a weird orange stain on the bathroom wall. Toilet acted likenit didnt want to flush.

This use to be a decent hotel. We have stayed there dozens of times throughout the years. It has been severly going down hill. This stay is our absolute last. Everything about our stay was horrible. Staff acted very strangely and we did not feel one bit safe.

Not an 8.5 rate property

Electric outlets didn’t work. Stains on sofa cushions. Minimal breakfast options and no bowls “we ran out”. Orange juice watered down. Bathroom floor sticky. Waffle batter drips on floor. How does this place have an 8.5 rating??

Was in town for a funeral. Tv didn’t work. Water was turned off during one of the days without notice. The floor was very sticky in the elevator. Coffee was always out. The only thing available for the breakfast one morning was a store bought sticky bun. It was quiet and the bed comfortable to sleep. Would not stay again.

We went in, carpet was sticky and the sheets smelled. Couldn’t sleep due to the ac being right by the bed and the bathroom was cramped.

Room smelled bad; opened the window to try to air it out. The hotel is not easily accessible on/off the highway, and the surrounding area is sketchy with an old mall within walking distance. Will spend a bit more to stay someplace else next time.
