Beautiful location and staff was very friendly; quiet and location to coffee shop and convenience store was great! Easy to get to and quick to check in and check out.

I keep returning to this property for business travel because of the staff, specifically JayR. Great service, great location, and ease of stay make the Aloft a great choice.

My 1st night discover dirty or stained fitted sheeted and didn't sleep under covers. I used my own blanket and pillow. Notified front desk that night to get room cleaned next day. Spoke to front desk at 10:45am and she confirmed room would be cleaned. Return to change at 3:30 and room still not done and asked again and was told my room was on housekeeping's list to clean and they were still working. Return for the evening around 8:45-9 to a room never touched by housekeeping. My stay was very disappointing. There was obviously a miscommunication somewhere. I paid more to stay here over other properties in the area because of the Marriott name.

Many surveys ask if you would hire the staff member that provided assistance. I have stayed multiple times at this property and JayR provides consistently the best service experience possible. He is professional, attentive, and always works to ensure an outstanding client experience.

I always choose this hotel when coming home from business trips. I live 3 hours away from Wichita and have to have a late arrival flight which means I stay the night and drive home the next morning. This hotel is very clean, service is great and its a great cost for the level of value it provides

The property was very clean, close to where I needed to be. The only complaint I have is the parking for handicapped is quite far away from where the room I had was.

Unfortunately, I do not remember his name, but there was a young black man working the front desk. He is professional and so kind. This man is someone that anyone executive or business owner should hire. He made my stay perfect.

The hot water went out on our first night, and when we left we noticed the sheets were stained in various places but they did at least give us free breakfast for the hot water issue and that was repaired by the second day. We didn’t notice the sheets until we were leaving, or would’ve definitely asked to have them change them but the staff members were friendly.

It's a bit warm, but the atmosphere is nice. The people are friendly and theres always something going on, though the showers were a bit rough on the skin and the pillows too soft for my liking. One of the elevators were under maintenance during my stay, but other than that its what you would expect. No free breakfast, but they do have breakfast options and plenty of places nearby to shop around.

My room was very clean. The hotel has a fun, cool feel. The staff were all professional and friendly. My favorite part was the blackout curtains. They are secured in a way that no light comes in along the edges. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower has no shelves or ledges, so there is no place to put your own soap or razor other than the floor.

Great hotel, but somewhat isolated
Aloft Wichita is a very nice place. My only issue with it is its location. There are no eating establishments within walking distance (except at the local bar) and after having driven ten-plus hours from Albuquerque, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in my car and drive to a restaurant.
