The staff were nice, but there was nothing special about my shoebox of a room. I definitely wouldn't give it a 10/10. It's billed as a modern 4-star hotel. To me, it's a smaller 2-star property, and was pretty basic to me. I also heard some sort of hydraulic noise all night long. I don't think it was the elevator because it happened all...

"I didn't have a great experience here but also did not have a bad experience here. My grievance is with the cost of the room. The rooms are tiny, the beds are very tiny and have rock hard mattresses and the shower is really really tiny. It definitely was absolutely not worth how much I paid for this room. What kept me from rating this hotel lower was the staff. The staff here is very friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Everyone we interacted with was so nice. Also, the breakfast...
