Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. "Travelled with my husband and two toddlers (1 and 2.5 year old) and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and beds were so comfortable. Loved the big open area and the kids enjoyed running around. We loved the farm animals! My kids were obsessed! Definitely will come back so we can do more activities at the resort when they’re older."

"Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable "

"Location is quiet, lots of parking. The heating isn’t suited for families in the family villa in winter. The lowest setting on the gas heater makes the place unbearably hot overnight and unbearably cold with it off. Instructions say not to use the air con in winter. It makes sense for eco friendly approaches to accomodation however guest comfort also needs to be considered."

"Firstly, the room I had selected was not allocated to me upon arrival, which was disappointing. Secondly, most of the rooms are outdated and appear to have been poorly maintained. For the price charged, I expected a much better standard of accommodation. Lastly, I requested a baby bassinet before my stay, but no one informed me of any associated charges at the time of the request or during check-in.
