"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"This is an excellent property! The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was very clean with good information onsite about the flat and the surrounding area. Great location near to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you are driving, be aware that parking is a bit tricky, but Oliver was very helpful with figuring out options. Our only disappointment is that we weren't able to stay longer!"

"The flat is very clean, tidy and fresh and has everything you will need for several days stay. Easy walking onto town centre with loads of shops and places to eat. Faversham is a lovely place to wnader around tooCar parking near the flat is very tricky (as is the case everyewhere in Faversham it seems) but Debbie does give you some ideas and if they are full then there are plenty of other sidestreets to try.Communication with Debbie, the host was wonderfully easy and she is really helpful."

"Lovely apartment - right in the city centre, but not noisy at all. Huge shower. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again - and hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended."

"If you want a quiet and restful nights sleep this is not the place to stay. The property is located opposite a nightclub. The High Street is cleaned at 3AM in the morning and one hears every noise from the street below. Perhaps double glazing is an option? The lower floor bedroom could benefit from nights lamps and better storage facilities. The main entrance off the street to the property was not cleaned properly. Not a pleasant welcoming."
