"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx"

"To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. "

"Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost."

"There is a need to be very carefull when describing accomodation as Boutique.Hamiltons is an excellent place to stay very comfortable,clean and a tasty big British Breakfast.Boutique usually has very big towels,dressing gowns to use with the option to buy them,DVD player,fridge in the room and many more extras.Best to describe Hamiltons as Boutique style accommodation."

"Hotel en una ubicación tranquila y desayuno excelente. No puedo comentar el estado del hotel, ya que nos ubicaron en una caseta ubicada en una esquina del parking y junto al depósito del gas. Hay que decir ,no obstante, que el interior de la caseta estaba acondicionado en perfecto estado, como si se tratase de una habitación normal. Sin embargo, en la web se debería informar en el momento de la reserva de que no era una habitación dentro del hotel. A tener en cuenta también que aunque reserves...
