"This was a beautiful cabin, the hosts thought of everything to make your stay special. The babbling creek, the hammock, the swing by the water, the fire pit, and the hot tub were amazing. The hosts were quick to respond and the listing was accurate. The cabin was close to many activities, but still felt remote and the WiFi was great. If you are a hiker, there are plenty of great hikes close by with beautiful waterfalls. If you play Pickleball, there are great indoor and outdoor courts nearby...

"Fernhaven Hideaway was the peace my family needed after a rough year. The property is private, absolutely beautiful, and most important to me, CLEAN!! The minute you step out of the car, that fresh mountain air puts you at ease. The view down to the river is incredible; I was so sad to leave it. My kids had the best time exploring the river behind the cabin. The water is calm enough to swim in and so clear (bring water shoes, there are rocks). The drive up to the cabin is filled with deer...

"the road to approach is dirt/gravel so be aware. cute little cosy cabin. the outdoor fireplace is the best. everything was super clean and comfy. best stocked kitchen in a while. indoor gas fireplace did not work but host gave a small reimbursement so that was ok. linens were nice and everything was provided. not really a quiet place as there was a local barking dog and a bulldozer and a close neighbor, but, we enjoyed ourselves. "
