"I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain."

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. "The facilities offered by the Thatched Cottage are excellent. The pool area was fantastic and much enjoyed by the whole of our 3 generation family. The house was huge and there were plenty of areas around the property to sit and relax and eat together."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"
