Our “stay” was an awful experience from the second we arrived. We had to stop at an offsite location 7 miles from the cabin to pick up the key (who doesn’t have keyless entry these days?). It was the middle of the night after our train arrived. The key was not in the lockbox. The after hour assistance was basically no help at all- All while our uber driver had to wait for us. We had to get a hotel since we were told the key wouldn’t be found until the morning. The following morning, the directions we were given took us two blocks from the vrbo. It wasn’t ski in/out at all and was still an awful long walk to the base lodge. Finding which unit was ours was still an absolute disaster with little to no directions. We ended up having to spend hundreds of dollars to make up for their mistakes. The money they are refunding doesn’t replace what we had to spend to make up for their mistakes. Much less the added stress when we’re supposed to be on vacation. To Sum it up, I’ve stayed in countless rentals and this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
