We loved our stay in the Retro-Modern Cabin in the Pines. Everything you need is provided. We had a small issue at arrival with the door code, but we reached out to the owner and he was able to get it fixed within 5 minutes. Never had an issue after that! Very comfortable place in a peaceful neighborhood. Modern Kitchen & Bathroom with everything you need. Even has a small washer/dryer that came in handy after hiking at the park all day. Patio around back was so peaceful in the mornings/evenings. There are a few steps from bedroom to kitchen area. I tripped the 1st day, didn't get hurt but once I got used to where all the steps were in the house I didn't have any more issues. Nice living room area, I fell asleep on the couch one day! Saw turkeys in the neighborhood almost every time we returned to the home. Location was perfect for our time in Glacier Natl Park. We would definitely come back again! Brian and Sherri

A little bit of heaven

Check in was easy. Tom was quickly responsive for any questions we had. The place is immaculate. Attention to all the little details is exceptional (lighted steps to get into the front door, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils fully stocked, Keurig with coffee options provided, bed was comfortable with the softest sheets and down comforter, cool lighting throughout the house, lots of windows to bring in natural light, patio with table and chairs where clean and usable, heated floors in the bathroom was a extra nice touch) Tom has put in a lot of extra thought into making a stay here warm and inviting.. Honestly,, there is nothing I would change. It is not a huge home but the space is well utilized. Cleanest VRBO we have ever rented.

Attention to detail

It seems like every detail of the property has been well thought out and planned. The automation and tec seems like lots could not work right, but everything was flawless. Place was clean and cozy. Privacy is decent considering it’s in a populated area the neighbourhood was super quite.

Most exceptional VRBO stay

This cabin could not be any more perfect. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for cooking a full meal. The beds were the most SOOO comfortable. Communication with the owner was always easy. Thank you for allowing us to rent your cabin. We highly recommend and would love to come back.

Well Appointed Getaway Outside Glacier

The reviews we read about this Retro-Modern Cabin in the Pines were spot on. This two-bedroom, single bath house was super clean, tech-savvy, comfortable, well-appointed & oh so quiet. It was about a 40-minute drive to the Glacier park entrance and close to restaurants, shopping, gas and grocery stores. Be aware the upstairs bedroom is accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. It was perfect for our college-aged daughter, while my husband & I took the downstairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the skylights and all the windows for natural light. The only other thing to be aware of is the walkway to get into the house has a few steps, and once inside, there are a couple of steps to access the different rooms of the house. Would definitely recommend this home -- it was the perfect landing place after a day of hiking in Glacier National Park.

Perfectly Amazing Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was everything we expected and more! This was the most "smart" place we have ever stayed. This was the perfect home base for Glacier National Park. Can't wait to come back and visit!

Road Trip stay

Stayed here on a road trip to Glacier National Park. Scenic and quiet drive to the park and other activities we wanted to partake in as well as downtown whitefish. Beautiful little cabin that was in a quiet neighborhood. Patio was great for having dinner with great views after a long day or in the morning where we got to see some turkeys. The house was very clean and had instructions for everything along with all the amenities we looked for. Would stay here again!

A Great Little Vacation Hideaway

This home was extremely clean, modern, and well stocked with everything we needed after our daily adventures! The bed was super comfortable and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice touch! This home does have several steps up and down into the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and deck, which could be tricky for older folks or those with toddlers. However, this little hideaway is located in a quiet neighborhood near the cute little town of Whitefish, which had lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment. It was also close to Big Mountain and the West Entrance to Glacier National Park. The airport is only minutes away in Kalispell. Every evening, we had 8-10 wild turkeys hanging around the driveway and we saw plenty of deer. Tom was an excellent host, who took the time to answer all of our questions about hiking in GNP and to check on us to make sure everything was satisfactory during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

Great little place!

Updated, clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Great host. Stayed for a quick ski trip. Perfect little house for my friend and I. The only thing that would make it better is a hottub out on the deck. Would for sure stay again!

Beautiful Montana Home

Let me start by saying the host Tom is a fantastic person and I would highly recommend everyone to stay at his property if they are going to the Whitefish area. Before we even arrived Tom was extremely helpful with some of our needs in order to make our kids Christmas a success. The house was perfect for our family of four and definitely was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail on the cleanliness and craftsmanship on the entire house is excellent. The house is well equipped with everything needed to feel like home and is extremely comfy and cozy. Tom you have really outdone yourself and if you ever decide to have other locations please let me know cause we would rent from you in a heartbeat. My family and I thank you so much for all your help that made our vacation at your home a memorable one.

Amazing rental for GNP vacation!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a quick 30 mins to GNP. Super clean and high end amenities. Great place to relax after a day of hiking and just a few minutes to historic Whitefish where you can find a lot of restaurants and shopping. Tom is a wonderful host and we will definitely book here again on our next trip!!

Great Property

We loved everything about the property. Its in a nice quiet neighborhood and not a bad drive to Glacier. Very close to downtown Whitefish and Kalispell. The place was very clean. Loved having a deck to sit on at night. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever had. The location is perfect - easy access to the highway to get to the park, with both downtown Whitefish and Kalispell close by. The property owner was very nice and made checking in/out a breeze. Next time we’re in Montana, we’ll be looking to stay here again.

Great property

We loved everything about the property! It was clean, cozy, and well located. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to any messages. Just a heads up, the entrance and parking are actually through the alley behind the house. GPS will take you to the front which was a little confusing because there was no entrance there. Once I went around back, there was a very nice parking area and super cute entrance.

Perfection!

Immaculate, comfortable, well appointed home! My husband and I stayed for a week and could easily have stayed for a month! Great location for Whitefish and Kalispell. About 35 minutes to GNP west entrance. Loved the “smart” features of the home. Excellent communication from home owner. We had a small issue and it was very promptly resolved by the care taker of the home. This is our favorite rental and we’ve been to a. lot of properties! Would return to this property in a heartbeat!
