Great location and nice property. Close to airport in Kalispell and to grocery store, and easy trip to both Glacier and Whitefish. If you plan to cook meals here, bring your own kitchen tools, pans, and food containers - not much to use - but stove, fridge, dishwasher, and grill work fine.

We had a lovely stay. We did find the walls very thin and had disrupted sleep due to the group above us. You can hear everything. A few things that would have been beneficial- hooks in bathrooms on doors for towels- something at the front door, maybe under the TV for dropping keys, bags, shoes etc- mixing bowls- plastic glasses for pool area- full length mirrorAll in all we had such a fantastic time. The community is lovely and the people so friendly. Would definitely recommend the space. thank you so much

Wonderful accomodations

This place is very nice! Clean and updated. Need to figure out why hot water is not available for six showers. We had no access to breakers or remedies to fix. Had to have Vrbo contact rental/people above us check. Also, they need to list that this as a bottom floor unit or basement. It is nice but others above can be noisy. Even walking in unit is quite noisy for bottom unit. We did not expect that at all.

There really was no living room, the room listed as a living room was a bedroom with a couch and a TV. The unit was listed as fully stocked but was missing kitchen utensils to cook. The spa was not working

Very Nice!

The place was perfect for our friend trip up to Glacier National Park. It was brand new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Everyone in the neighborhood waved to us every time we drove in and out. Very nice!

Exactly as described

The property was exactly as described, extremely clean, great communication and ease of how to check in and out. I was worried about potential upper noise, but it was truly just hearing walking at certain times and voices at times. Nothing bothersome at all. Would absolutely stay again. Their is recycling that is sorted for your planning, should you choose to do that located right by garbage drop off. Book in the location with suggestions of what was in the area was greatly appreciated.

Place is great, but neighbors were horrible

We absolutely loved our stay. It was conveniently located 5 min away to close friends of ours that we have not seen in years, so it was nice to be close to them. The property was clean and stocked with most things that we needed. I went to make coffee our first morning and the coffee machine was not working. I contacted property management to let them know and said I could just boil water in the tea kettle provided, but they insisted on dropping off a new coffee machine, which was so nice of them! Additionally, my oldest son lost his ID and debit card the morning we left and we thought they were gone for good. But luckily the cleaners found them and they are being mailed back to us here in NJ. Overall, Stumptown Rentals was very accommodating and made our stay very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the neighbors across the street. They do not like renters and make sure you know that. I could go into a lot of details about them, but it will not all fit here. Bottom line was they made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I could understand if we were unruly renters, but we were respectful and followed all rules that were posted. We also spoke with other renters that we met at the pool and they had the same type of encounter with them. I want to bring this to the owner’s attention as I’m sure he doesn’t want his renters being treated like this. If he would like more details regarding this he is welcome to reach out to me.

The property was clean and well organized. The location was excellent for our needs. The property management group communicated well and quickly. Might recommend ear plugs as the residents upstairs can be heard late at night. Overall, very enjoyable!

The unit was great, kitchen needs more dishes, glassware and tools

The location was great, proximity to Glacier great. Outdoor space and washer/dryer great. Very clean. We made most of our meals in and there weren’t enough dishes, glasses and silverware to load dishwasher only once a day. Need some good knives too. Coffee maker took 45 min to brew the pot so it might need to be replaced. Need bedside reading lamps. Noise from upstairs was loud but thankfully the tenants did not prevent us from getting a good nights sleep. Would love to see minor improvements but it was lovely and I would stay again. Really nice decor.

Bucket List Trip

Myself and 3 of my old coot friends mad a bike trip from Michigan to see the wonders of the great Montana outdoors including a ride though GNP. The accommodations were perfect for us and found it to be one of the best stays of our trip. Great place to stay and was a great value. 5 stars.

Great location

Fantastic location for visiting Glacier National Park. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a great back yard and plenty of space. Columbia Falls has some good local restaurants and a grocery store near the home. Also an easy drive to Whitefish and Kalispell. The host is very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint is that the home is split into two units. We had complete privacy, however the water heater appears to be shared with the upper unit so we had a lot of cold showers. We could also hear everything going on above us. We plan to visit again and hope to be able to book both units to solve this.

Great location for a family getaway
