Nestled in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the lake. We did enjoy the views from the deck and the quiet evenings after our long days of hiking etc in the National Park. However the deck could use a good power wash and the furniture is old. There are many trees in front of the deck which we understand causes debris to fall on porch. Surprisingly the grill was clean. Reason for only 4 stars is the cleanliness inside. The floors were dirty as it appeared no one had swept or washed them prior to our stay. Our feet were black after walking around a few minutes into unpacking. We found a vacuum in the closet to use. Place could use a good dusting. Towels in the bathroom were professionally laundered as mentioned. The bedding though… dirty!! Nothing more gross than stains on sheets/ comforters and the pillows revealed yellow stains when we removed the cases. The mattress wasn’t that comfortable either. For the price, we think it definitely should have been spotless. Would we stay again? Not sure. Most likely would look into other options when we visit again.

Lovely & cozy!

Very clean, cozy, and quiet property! Management was always available for any questions we had. The lake views were beautiful, especially in the mornings. Close to town with lots of restaurants and not a far drive to the National park. I would definitely come back again!

Whitefish Lake Views

Lovely small condo right on Whitefish Lake. Perfect lake views from the balcony. Condo very clean and updated. Steps entering building with steps down into condo were awkward. Fast internet with one smart tv. Neighbors are close and any outdoor conversations were heard. Swimming pool just across from the condo with a spa/hot tub. Communicate response was quick. I didn't find a welcome book with suggestions on where to eat and things to do. I didn't find the laundry building but we didn't need it. We saw deer all the time around the property. Only a mile from town and what a wonderful town to explore! I'd stay again here for a week or two if the rate was lower.

Perfect view

We sure enjoyed our first trip to Whitefish. This property is so peaceful and sitting on the deck looking at the lake was the best. It's a very relaxed quiet property. Close enough to town. Darling downtown area to shop and go to restaurants and bars. The kitchen was upgraded and had everything you need. Used the BBQ and it works great. No need for propane, it has a gas line attached. Bed is comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. Would definetly recommend

Needs updating immediately

We enjoyed the first couple nights of our stay until our ac went out the day before leaving. The entire week had been 100 degrees in the area, and the ac unit on the wall went out. ( the equipment was from 2002!!) I played phone tag with multiple people from vacasa who just couldn't figure out what was going on with the situation with the maintenance person. The maintenance person texted me and pretty much asked me if there was power to it , and I very clearly explained what was happening with the unit only to never hear a response again from him. Eventually late in the evening the local property manager called me and told me that no one would be coming out to fix it , and I asked for a partial refund only to be told I can received 150 dollars MAX back. ! Keep in mind, I have a toddler , who has been sitting in a 93 degree condo most of the time ! It was a safety issue. Around 10 pm the property manager came with some fans so we can try to sleep a little better. She was very nice. I know it wasn't her fault and was doing everything she could but it was a bad situation. Too many people involved with the management of the property. Good luck trying to get something fixed if you need it.

Disappointing experience. The property is booked through VRBO, money is collected through VACASA, and IBEX properties manages the property. Confused? Me too! The amenities I booked were unavailable and not disclosed at the time of booking. The condo is extremely dated; the tile floor is cracked and broken and the sliding glass door to the deck did not lock. No pool, hot tub, or laundry services. I would not recommend this property in it’s current state.

Pretty view but the rest was just ok

The lodging complex and unit are aging. The kitchen was stocked but pans were old or cheap and smoked easily where we set off the smoke detector twice. Bedding was comfortable but hard to sleep as the heating system kept making noises (like someone hammering a wall next door). Overall, it was just OK and unfortunately I would not recommend.

Loved that there were few other people there during our stay. There was everything we needed to cook; there was plenty of towels and small toiletries available. Appreciated the pool and Jacuzzi - but was disappointed that it was only open Friday to Monday...

Uncomfortable, unclean and needing maintenance

Pros: The view Cons: Garbage disposal does not work, "double" bed is horribly uncomfortable, screen to deck broken and fell completely off once, carpet stained, dish cloth looked more like a cleaning rag, couch in living room painful to sit on unless you put pillows behind you, pool and hot tub inoperable when reservation was outside the repair period. No monetary refund given.
