I was surprised and disappointed at how run down the place has become. The furnace rattled and howled when running, the condition of the furnishings was poor, the blankets were thin and worn, the towels were equally thin and only two were provided, random stains on the furnishings, mattress and carpet, the tv placement was not practical, the fireplace did not...
