"Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. "The best parts of Grandma's cottage were the record player and records, the binder of 1993 Gourmet magazines (my favorite year), the very detailed labeling of everything in the kitchen which made preparing meals a breeze, the comfortable beds, the fact that it really felt like we had traveled back in time to Grandma's house AND the fact that it smelled fresh and clean and not fusty like some Grandma's houses. "This space is very cute and cozy. The kitchenette was thoughtfully stocked. It was perfectly clean. Jesse was quickly responsive to my messages. You can definitely hear kids and pets running around upstairs, and the Yoga class next door, but that was expected so fine. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend it."

"We had an amazing time at hilltop farmhouse. We had our annual family girls weekend. The house has fantastic amenities and the pool was absolutely perfect! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone and Matt was absolutely fantastic to work with! He met us at the house and showed us around. The only thing I would mention is bring some extra blankets with you as they didn’t have any in the house. Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful time, in spite of rain. The cabin was very comfortable and well stocked. It was literally less than a quarter of a mile to the hiking trails. Our dogs were very comfortable as well. One caveat. If you are coming in via RT. 209, do not turn off of Pine Kill Rd onto David Rhodes rd. Apparently GPS thinks you can go through, but it puts you on a dead end road. If you stay on Pine Kill, it will eventually route you the right way."
