This three-bedroom, two-full bath, and two-half bath property is moments away from all the local hot spots and offers ample space to relax and recharge. And when it's time to freshen up, turn right and pass the his and hers closets to indulge in the luxurious spa-like atmosphere of the ensuite. Get ready for the ultimate entertaining experience in the basement of this house! As you step into the spacious open-concept area, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the stunning stone gas fireplace located at the center. The TV room awaits you with its large wall-mounted flat screen and cozy plush sectional that can accommodate up to six people comfortably. Right next to it is the pool room, complete with a regulation-sized pool table and all the equipment needed for an epic game of eight ball.
