"The property is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There are some cats and a dog on property that were super friendly. The communal area is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!"

"The photos of the property are somewhat misleading. The townhouse that we stayed at was not what we expected. You can't really have more than 2 people on the deck. The hot tub takes up almost the entire deck. The Pac-Man game is in a bedroom and could only be played when the person staying in that room would allow it. The stove door fell off and we had to fix it so that we could use it. The faux fur rug in the living room was dirty and gross. It advertised a pool. But, it is a shared community...

"Good, secure and quiet place to stay. Very cost effective for the Pigeon Forge area and close enough to most things you’d like to do while there. Only issues were the initial access info didn’t provide the actual door lock code and most of the drains were very slow to drain. Since the listings aren’t for the specific unit, which is an interesting approach, means I can’t say this would be the same for all units under this listing. "This rental was the highlight of our road trip to the Smokey Mountains. So many thoughtful amenities like the snacks, bottled water dispenser, etc. My 7yo and 11yo kept asking to return to the rental after a day of exploring so they could jump on the trampoline and play with the baby chicks. Forrest was so welcoming and a great host. Thank you for such a great experience!"
