Right from the moment we entered and till the time we checked out, the experience was so real. From welcoming and cheerful staffs to the location of the resort, from the amenities available to arrangements made, everything was up to the mark. We hope to visit again..

This Hotel is really nice.Peaceful Atmosphere,great customer service.Room was nice and cozy.Only thing l did not like is that the curtains that are up in my room were very lightweight meaning you can see through them if you were outside looking in and that did not make me feel safe so I left most of the light off.So overall it was a nice stay

Very pleasant

We had a great time. It is a much quieter hotel and not as updated as others but an overrall great stay. They allowed us to use certain amenities when other hotels would restrict past 10 pm and really allowed us to enjoy our time there. From the time we walked in front door and i to our room our check in took maybe 5-10 mins. Our room was exceptionally clean. We booked the executive sweet for a price of under 500$ the place was huge. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place for another stay

Definitely see the potential but it was fun down and fairly dirty. There were issues with check in and we didn’t have a kitchenette in the room like was advertised in pictures. It was okay overall

Seems like there is work going on at this property, lobby was beautiful and clean. No food in the building and nothing very close. No safety chains or locks or lighting when the power went out. Kids running around the parking lot and halls a lot and very noisy. The setting is nice but need to do lots of work to restore

This property was abandoned. You should delete them from your website. I was attending an event that I paid for and I made this reservation months ago. I had to scramble to find other accommodations for me and my guest. This was unacceptable.

There was no working elevator. Had to change rooms to accommodate my handicap wife. Then lost oower from a storm. No emergency lighting in the halls. Room could have been better cleaned. And i think there may have been mold on the walls. Would not stay here again.

Room was not ready, had to wait an hour before settling in. Shower drain was clogged, and “hot”water was warm water. No hot water from bathroom sink, and when turned on hot handle was leaking. Found a dead bed bug in the bed. Filter for a/c unit DIRTY.

Unfortunately the pictures are deceiving and are nothing like the rooms on property. I planned a get away for my husband’s birthday; recently married and on a budget, I gave this place a shot. Worst decision ever. The staff was rude, slow, and didn’t seem to care that we did not feel safe. I went through hell and back to get a the reservation canceled and my money back. I ended up going to a Marriott (paid more) about 15 miles from here to avoid ruining the weekend plans. I really wish Expedia vetted this establishment bc it should not be listed on their site. You will surely find that you get what you pay for if you take the gamble to try it out. PS- no amenities were available.

The property : there were piles of old beds that you could see from the road, when you walked around the inside of the property there was audible water leaks. The Gym was closed, there was no restaurant onsite there was no Bar onsite. There was no internet in the room that we stayed in, the TV did not work. The tub leaked They charged us for the Room after Expedia had already charged us, and the charge had processed. This was the worst hotel experience I have every had, and I and my husband go to local hotels to just ' get away" for the weekend. positives: The King sized bed was comfortable, The A/C worked well. The view of the lake was very pretty. The patio over look from the room was very nice. We reserved a horse back ride at a stable next door, and it was very nice. They are not directly connected to the hotel, but next door.

We were sent to room iur room and someone was in it. Then they put us in another room that didnt exist then they tried to put us in a handicapped room which indidnt feel comfortable taking. The air conditioner didnt work. They tried putting us in double bed room and i paid for a king bed. We left and had to find another hotel, we did which was 140 dollars more , when we told them they would not reimburse us thebextra money. Also i am having trouble getting my money back soni had to dispute the charges which then deactivated my card now i have to get a new card. DONT GO THERE

Please don’t waste you time or money on this place! I would rather sleep in a tent everything is broken, leaks everywhere. More than half of the ( motel) is unusable and unsafe ! Yes I said motel not resort the nicest part is the lobby and the inside pool is okay. The place shouldn’t be open for business I never experienced anything like it! It smells so bad! The website is a complete lie!! The rooms look the same in pictures but aren’t clean and many things are broken pictures probably from 10 years ago. The amenities listed are a joke!! They do have horses down back I drove down saw them from a distance and just pray they are taken care of! Garbage everywhere on the grounds!! Looks like an abandon motel in a horror movie!!! One more thing if you want a shower don’t count on this place no hot water!!!

STAY AWAY!!! RUN FAR AWAY!!!

THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCED BOOKING IVE HAD MADE IN MY ENTIRE HOTEL EXPERIENCES.. I TRAVELED FROM NY TO THIS LOCATION ON A RAINING STORMING DAY TAKING US 3HRS TO GET THERE TIRED & HUNGRY. ONCE WE GOT THERE JUST THE SIGHT OF THE OUTSIDE HOTEL LOOKED LIKE A HAUNTED MOTEL, DARK AND JUST UGLY. OK, I TRIED OVERLOOKING THE OUTSIDE AND STAYING POSITIVE, AS SOON WE WERE WALKING INSIDE THE LOBBY MY SISTER SLIPPED AND FELL ON THEIR SLIPPERY WET FLOORS WITH(NO WET FLOORS SIGN) ON SITE, BRUISING HER ARM.. WE LET THEM KNOW AND THATS WHEN THEY PROCEEDED TO PLACE ONE. CHECKING IN THEIR COMPUTER WERE DOWN SO MANAGER DID EVERYTHING VIA PHONE, THEY HAD ME GIVING EXTRA PERSONAL IMFORMATION THAT I NEVER HAD BEFORE, OH BOY, THEY SHOWED US THE 2BD RM SUITE, FIRST THING I SEEN WAS RAT DROPPINGS IN THE KITCHEN COUNTER, NASTY. BATHROOM TUBS PEELING AND MOLD ALL OVER, LIVINGROOM SOFA WAS DIRTY AND DAMP. EVERYTHING IN THE SUITE FELT DIRTY. I TOOK PICTURES OF RAT DROPPINGS, THEY TRIED ACCOMMODATING US UPSTAIRS, LETTING US KNOW THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS NO AIR-CONDITIONER WAS WORKING ON THE SECOND FLOOR OMG. TERRIBLE LOBBY HALLWAYS WERE HOT, HUMID, DIRTY AND SMELLY. THE SUITE UPSTAIRS WERE UNBRETHEABLE. THEY SHOWED US ANOTHER ONE BACK DOWSTAIRS AND GUESS WHAT? MORE RAT DROPPINGS ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP. THEY HAD TO REFUND ME, HAVING MY FAMILY AND I BOOK AT THE HOLIDAY INN AND SHORT OF MONEY WAITING ON MY REFUND 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. 3 DAYS LATER MY DEBIT CARD WAS FRAUDULENT USED. IT WAS THEM!

IT WAS A SCAM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Had a very bad experience. This place was not as advertised. None of the amenities like restaurant, bar, spa, golf, etc were functional. There will be no room service. The management did a very poor job of double booking and assigning the same room. Our room was also assigned to another couple and suddenly they barged in 12 am midnight. It was an absolute nightmare. And we couldnt even call the reception as the intercom was not working. On total there might be only 4 staff working in the entire resort. WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . This was a big scam. If the management wants to rent, they should clearly mention only the available features and not deceive people.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

The place needs to be inspected. This place looks nothing like described or advertised. Neither website or 3rd party have any correct information other than address & phone number. The only thing that works is the lights are on & not even all over. The pool has no lights nor a life guard. Game room doesn’t work. Restaurant is SHUT DOWN already. Bar is SHUT DOWN. SOME ROOMS DONT HAVE TVS & the WIFI DOESNT WORK. The front desk people lie to cover everything so don’t pay them any mind.
