We chose this property since it is located reasonably close to our family (grandchildren) and to the Manor Tavern and Oregon Grille our favorite restaurants in the area. Beautiful, private area in Maryland horse country!!

Comfortable family gathering spot

We rented both units for the weekend. Six bedrooms accommodated our two families nicely. The furniture was comfortable and good for gathering in different areas (living room, kitchen, fire pit). Dishware and glassware were a bit sparse but manageable. One unit smelled quite strongly of stale cigarette smoke but aired out nicely. Sound barrier between the two units was very thin, fine for sharing a wall with family. Might be an issue sharing a wall with strangers. My brother, who is a neatnick commented on how nice and clean it was. Overall we had a wonderlful time and loved having such spacious areas to hang out together. Thank you. Also, excellent communication with the caretaker and beautiful grounds to wander.

Great farm apartment in quiet location!

Off the beaten path a little but as long as you read the host's direction and info it was easy to find. Not a lot of lodging in the area, so we were happy to find this one in conjunction with being in the area for a wedding. The layout is nice and open, and the apartment was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Family wedding

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We came for a family wedding and needed a place that could accommodate a large group. Because they have 2 units we booked both and were able to hang out and bbq with the whole group.

Cozy apartment

The steps ended up being a concern as we had an elderly woman traveling with us but we didn’t have much of a choice in the area we needed to stay. Everything else was very nice and clean and the owner always responded to questions.

Maryland getaway

5 stars for everything! The horses and scenery are perfect for a great place to disconnect and reconnect with your family. The gravel road that leads in and out of the property (either direction) was one of our favorite sights for the day. If you want a place to kick back and enjoy the scenery, this is a perfect spot! .

Rural Beauty

Incredible property. I booked this property so we could have a starting point for our trips to Baltimore Orioles games. We boarded the light rail to Camden Yards at the Hunt Valley station which is about a 25 minute ride from Holly’s property in White Hall. The countryside is beautiful rolling hills and farm fields. Very little traffic to contend with in White Hall. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the walking trail and campfire pit

Beautiful and secluded area. We used the property to unwind after our wedding ceremony and we used it before the wedding ceremony as the boys house before the wedding. we picked up fallen branches and made a fire and the owner left us a smore kit that was had by all. Highly recommend. This was our first VRBO experience.

Peaceful Retreat in the Country

There were four adults who shared apartment A. It was a great place to just "hang out." We enjoyed sitting around the fire ring listening to the birds and walking over to see the horses and deer in the field. We only stayed two nights. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The kitchen was equipped with most of what you would need, although we could have used a grater for cheese and a baking dish. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again.

Overall it is a great property and great host. One downside is it’s an apartment with an adjacent apartment. You can hear your neighbors very easily. Other than that it is a great property!

Great spot near friends

The apartment fit our needs well, the only surprise was the long drive down the gravel road. Not a problem at all, just unexpected. We would definitely rent again and have friends who have already booked it for Thanksgiving!

Great property!

We had a great time here. The kids loved seeing the horses and walking the trails. It was in a quiet, rural area that is close to a lot of different activities in the MD/PA area. It was perfect for our kids and we will definitely stay again!

Beautiful relaxing retreat

This farmhouse style apartment is well-appointed and incredibly spacious. We loved the swing and fire pit and saying hello to the horses. Great space for a relaxing getaway!!

Horse Getaway!

Holly's place is wonderful and clean. The apartment is spacious and set on a cute horse farm tucked away from the busy highway. This is a great spot for people who love horses. The apartment has some games and books to keep you occupied. The horses are just a short distance away and there is also access to some walking trails. Overall, we had a wonderful quick stay. Would recommend.
