The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good stay. I really appreciate the effort put in on such short notice. The cleaning staff was very helpful with my enquires about finding my way around. Thank you for putting up with me being a diva. 😅🙏

House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one ...
