A haven of peace and beauty
Loved this home on North Caico's. Very quiet location directly on the beach with a great porch and backyard to take in all the sights and sounds of the ocean. Comfortable, varied furniture to find your perfect place to unwind. Enjoyed morning beach walks and afternoon swims. Could walk to Barracudas restaurant for lunch, happy hour or dinner. Enjoyed the lack of crowds. The house was perfect and well appointed. Mac was so accommodating without interfering. Gave us great recommendations for exploring. Highly recommend taking the journey to Mudjin Bay, Bambarra beach and Sandy Point to explore. If you are looking to unplug and rejuvenate this is your place!! Never turned on the TV once - no need.

Private Paradise
Robert & Kathy W stay 4-15-23-4-28-23 the property is everything we had hoped for, total peace & quiet. the house has everything you need including one of the most comfortable beds ever. We hit the beach all morning and the pool all afternoon. we were able to meet the owner Cindy, very nice and answered all our questions. Mac is a great Manager, he was checking in one day and the power was out for around 15 minutes he made a call and the power was back on quickly. We will most defiantly be back. Quiet and Secluded Paradise
We had the most amazing stay at Caicos Cottage. The location was wonderful with just a few steps to the beach. We had a few days following a storm that the seas were rough as the tide was going out, and the pool provided a perfect retreat. As many have described, there are very few other people on the entirety of the beach, given we were there over spring break we did see a few more, but by no means considered it busy. The house was as pictures, with the master bedroom facing the ocean with a wonderful breeze the entire time we were there. The house overall stayed cool with all the patio doors open. We did need to run the air conditioning in the second bedroom a slight amount each night to initially cool it off. Would highly recommend this property for a small family stay on the island. It allows you to adventure and check out North and Middle Caico easily. A few tips for your visit: there are local grocery stores, but selection is limited, leave yourself enough time to stop and get your produce in Provo before getting on the ferry. Also consider packing dried goods in and bringing in store packaged frozen meat for additional selection from home. Purchase your ferry tickets in advance and arrive early - we did see one family get turned away because the ferry was over capacity. Finally, Al's rental car is the primary option with pickup right at the ferry terminal. Book far in advance, you may need to follow up a few times to confirm your booking.

Exactly as Pictured - Secluded and Peaceful
Incredible stay at Caicos Cottage with our family of 5 for spring break. We enjoy an off the beaten path adventure and this was it. Although the island is not large, the cottage is in the perfect location from a convenience standpoint. We loved having the pool and there were plenty of floats, chairs, towels, and gear for our needs. The view of the ocean and layout of the cottage is truly perfect. We would absolutely return. Mac was a wonderful guide and Cindy could not have been more helpful before our trip with questions/suggestions. Bringing groceries from Provo is a must because the markets on North get weekly deliveries, so things like milk, bread, and eggs may not be available. Plan ahead and you won't have any issues. We will be back!

Dream Honeymoon
Caicos Cottage was everything we hoped for and more! Beautiful beachfront home with privacy and the slower pace that you won’t find in touristy Provo. The house offered plenty of space and all the essentials we needed plus some including the gorgeous pool, kayaks, snorkel gear and even binoculars for checking out Flamingo Pond - Cindy was so sweet and even left us a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the ferry, close to grocery stores and the beautiful Barracuda Bar, and only 15-30 minutes from other must see North and Middle sights. Would absolutely encourage a car or jeep rental when staying on North. The water was beautiful turquoise blue and crystal clear our entire 6 day trip and we only had a little sprinkle of rain one afternoon. We spent most of our week sitting on the back porch listening to the waves. Truly felt like paradise and we’re already thinking of a return trip!!

Wonderful and Relaxing
Our family of four had a wonderful time at the Caicos Cottage. With older kids that were up for a few adventures, we decided North Caicos was a preferred alternative to the hustle of Provo. There were a few mosquitoes and bugs but the property was well maintained and the beach was amazing. We appreciate the availability of Mac but didn’t need much help with a little research ahead of time. If you are looking for a quiet spot with amazing beach access and authentic adventures awaiting you, give this place a try!

Perfect Getaway
The Caicos Cottage perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of Whitby Beach! The Caicos Cottage is perfectly appointed, the kitchen was well equipped with everything for meal prep and hosting dinners, the pool is a huge plus as are the kayaks and snorkel gear! Mac, the property manager, is a great gentleman and a great resource for local information! !We had an amazing week and would love to return to the Caicos Cottage!

Beautiful Retreat!
This property is everything the pictures show. Clean and absolutely amazing view. Walk out the front door to beautiful water and interesting snorkeling. Kayaks made our stay a wonderful adventure. One of the best stays we've ever had. Quiet and peaceful and the place is beautifully kept and has everything we needed.

Seclusion at its best!
We had an amazing time on our trip. The entire time there we only saw 3 people on the beach giving us miles to ourselves. The house was great! Cindy and Mac were very easy to communicate with. Our only downside was that the beach was hit with sargasm for several days due to a storm in the gulf but that's just mother nature for you and did not sway my fantastic opinion of the property and our trip! Will definitely be going back!

When you walk through the door you’ll know you made the right choice
It’s literally every thing I thought it be. You’re on whitby beach which is basically deserted. We saw a total of 6 other people walking the beach. All families. The water is beautiful. The pool is an amazing addition. You can go from coffee on the beach to the pool back to the beach. Have a siesta during the hottest part of the day. Back to beach for sunset and then kick on the pool lights for a “pool party” as my 4 year old called to end the night. They have all utensils you’d need: mixing bowls, pans, pots, etc. The owner even bought us lunch after we had a little mishap. Very classy. Couldn’t ask for more and we definitely didn’t need more. Totally amazing summer vacation for us.

Caicos Cottage
The cottage is exactly the same as described on line. The views are impeccable. The home is furnished very nicely with clean fresh linens and even beach towels. The kitchen was supplied with all cooking needs. It is quite hot and humid, tropical and we were hesitant to use the AC in the living room in the day time. This was primarily because of the unknown cost to do so. The AC units are separate in the bedrooms and therefore great nights sleep in the coolness the AC unit provided. There are also water conservation expectations. Again not accustomed to this and unable to take advantage of the tub in the master bathroom. The locals were all friendly and helpful. The best part of the trip was being immersed in the culture, venturing out with our rented car to Middle Caicos, and snorkeling at 3 Mary Cay (about a 10 minute drive from the cottage). There are floats for the pool, kayaks, and reliable wi-fi.

Hi Ernie, So happy you enjoyed your stay at our cottage. I’m sorry you were worried about the cost of ac usage, but we clearly state guests are charged for usage (standard in the Turks) as electricity is crazy expensive down there and guests will watch their usage and not blow ac all day with windows and doors open if they are held accountable. Being careful with your usage keeps your costs down. As far as water conservation, no one said not to use the bathtub, just ask that guests don’t waste water (like letting it run when you are brushing your teeth) as our way of getting fresh water is collecting it through our cistern. Thankfully all of our other guests are understanding of this. Best, Cindy

Really special and relaxing stay
Caicos Cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing, peaceful family vacation. The beach is gorgeous, and having a pool too was great for our family as one of my kids doesn't like the ocean! The cottage is well provisioned and comfortable. Cindy was communicative and helpful both before and during our trip to help us prepare for some of the unique aspects of staying on a more remote island. The property manager Mac was kind and accommodating as we arrived a bit earlier than planned. We embraced the slower pace of life on North Caicos and found adventure in exploring the island along with Middle Caicos. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. This was a special trip for our family and we made many lasting memories!

The stay started with Mac, the island manager greeting us at the harbour and escorting us to the house. Mac is very sweet and really helpful. The white sandy beaches in front of the cottage can't be beat... we walked in both directions (5,000 steps each) and swam in the warm ocean. We saw a couple of dolphins pass by as well as a hump back whale breeching beyond the coral reef! Amazing! The house itself is comfortable, and has just about everything you need for the stay. Comfy bed overlooking the sea. Cindy, ( the owner) was always quick to reply to my messages and was very receptive to my suggestion to get a few more kitchen items to enhance future guests' stay. Having the pool is a huge bonus to have a quick cool off. If you want a relaxing, comfortable stay on the beach... this is the place! We will be back.

Secluded Respite
If you are looking for lots of hustle and bustle and infinite meal choices, then this island is not for you. If you are looking for beach front book reading and a slow pace, then this property is for you. To begin with Mac met us at the dock and we followed him to the home in our rent a car. He checked in with us a couple of times over our 10 day stay to make sure that everything was alright. Communication was excellent the entire time. There are 3 small groceries on the island so choices are limited. There are some small restaurants that offer local fair, Unless you are a princess you will figure it out. There have been a couple hurricanes since the photos were taken so do not expect the property to be like the post card pictures. As the owners go through the repair process I am sure it will be back to perfect. The house is sparkling clean. Never turned on the air. Master suite is steps to the ocean so the sounds of waves lull you to sleep. Wifi was strong enough that four of us worked remotely for the week with out problems. We will return. Reminders...It is the Caribbean so rental cars are there own experience. Bring bug spray. The "Noseeums are a factor. Ferry to the island is simple process to navigate. Locals are happy you are there. If you want a vacation that is just the same as any other warm place in the world, stay in Provo. If you want a slow pace with a smiling face, then book this house.

Just what we needed!
Everyone knows everyone on North Caicos! The island is quiet and friendly with spectacular ocean views and beautiful beaches. Bring a good book (or 2) and rejuvenate! We rented a car and explored the island from one end to the other and returned to our favorite spots several times. Restaurants are not fancy and groceries are expensive but we figured it out and spent a wonderful three weeks! Enjoy!

Love whitby
North Caicos is a unique place. You are only a 20 minute ferry from grace bay but it is a completely different experience. The beach house villa was great. You are right on the beach! The villa has everything that you need. Sleeping in the master bedroom with the sliding door open was amazing. The ocean is only a few steps away. Cindy was very easy to work with and her assistant Mac is a godsend. He will pick you up at ferry and during your stay he is there to help you with anything you may need. Green island cafe is a cute little place for coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed the Friday night barbecue at Mr. Dees. A day trip and lunch at mudjins/Dragon cay is a most. If you are still hungry after lunch and a day at the beach you can travel 5 minutes down the road to the sea view cafe. The lobster roll was delicious. Most nights we stayed and cooked. I recommend that you bring over as many provisions from grace bay as possible.

We had the best time at Caicos Cottage! The beach is just unreal - so soft and white. Our five-year-old had the best time playing in the waves. Barracuda Beach Bar is just a 10-minute walk down the beach, and we also had an epic lobster dinner at Mudjin's. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely wonderful!!
From the second you walk into this house the views of the ocean will take your breath away. There are tons of windows that allow you to enjoy the views and allow for a nice breeze throughout the house. We really enjoyed walking on the beach (Barracudas Bar and Grill is only a 20-min walk down the beach). The pool was very refreshing after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches of North and Muddle Caicos. The check in/out process was very easy and Mac even met us at the ferry dock so we would know how to get there. The house was clean and had everything you need to prepare meals. The gas grill was a nice addition as well.

Incredible Privacy
The Caicos Cottage is a lovely 2BR/2BA home, perfect for a couple wanting seclusion and privacy or for a small family. Cindy, the property manager, is very communicative and helpful regarding the home and the island. We had an amazing time and wanted for nothing. The beach right outside the door and the private swimming pool are just perfect. North Caicos is not very developed. Be prepared to take the ferry to Providenciales for any contact with the outside world, activities, restaurants, bars, etc. we made three trips to Provo during our stay, the ferry is fairly convenient if you rent a car. To check in we were met at the dock and escorted to the property which is super helpful. You’ll love this property if you value privacy and enjoy seclusion. It has everything you need for an amazing holiday in Turks and Caicos.

Family Friendly Paradise
Our family stayed at Caicos Cottage this week and it was everything that we imagined. The trip was an absolute adventure! The ferry trip and picking up our rental jeep was an easy process and the property manager, Mac, was there to show us to the property and give us a guided tour and explain all the features of the house. We were slightly concerned that our kids (10yo and 8yo) may get bored just laying by the ocean all day, but there was so much to do between kayaking, snorkeling, exploring and a strong wifi signal for the kids to relax on the couches and watch youtube between trips to the ocean and pool. The pool was refreshing after a morning or afternoon in the salt water, absolute game changer. We took a day to explore Mudjin Harbor and Middle Caicos and it was very beautiful, however we spend most days lounging by the ocean with short trips to surrounding beaches, all equally stunning. The house has everything you need to relax and recharge. If you are seriously looking for a rental to escape the crowds, this is it. We saw 3-4 people on the beach all week long. Most beaches we visited, we were alone. The local vendors in Whitby and Bottle Creek were very nice as well. Plenty of grocery stores on North to get what you need. We did grocery shop a bit on Provo prior to heading over, mainly because we didn't know what the stores on North would have. Our family is already looking at dates to return.

Comfortable home with an incredible beach all to ourselves!
Caicos Cottage had a simple charm that made the stay very comfortable. The patio and pool led to the most amazing views of the beach. We were able to see sunsets and sunrises each day just by walking to the edge of the walkway. Mac was very helpful making our arrival and departure a priority for him. There was everything we needed at the cottage with the exception of groceries. We explored the islands. Our favorites were Mudjin Harbour, Three Mary Cays, and our full day boat excursion with Captain D. The restaurants had simple facilities, but the service and food were fabulously authentic from the local residents. Be aware of the need for good bug spray after a rain. It is worth having so you can enjoy the bright star filled skies at night. We enjoyed the many beautiful beaches nearby and most often we had them to ourselves! The airport is not up to date so have your phone equipped to receive/ place out of country connections otherwise getting communication or using your devices will be a challenge. Enjoy the peace and breathtaking beaches and reefs.

Paradise on earth
Fantastic stay here! Very comfortable, clean & of course, who can pass up the view. Had a great time getting to know the locals. You do have to take a ferry here but it was efficient and a short 25 minute ride. Would wake up in the morning, go straight to the beach to swim. Saw so many fish and maybe a our neighbors a couple times on our 10 day stay. More quiet and remote in comparison to Grace Bay but perfect if you are looking to get away, truly relax and enjoy all things this beautiful island has to offer aside. Really hoping to return.

Perfect!
If you’re looking for a “get away from it all” type of vacation with incredible beauty, privacy and beachside luxury, this is the place for you. The house itself is perfectly laid out for enjoying the splendor of Whitby Beach. All common areas are open and spaced together with a wall of 4 sliding doors right to the large tiled patio that leads right to the sand and just maybe 25 ft to high tide mark of the rolling waves of the ocean. The pool sits off to the left, which allowed us to just lay on a raft and stare right out to the palms, beach and water. The Master Bedroom is also situated on the back of the house with walls of 3 sliding glass doors where we could wake up, not even move but just look down through the end of the bed out into the turquoise ocean. We would take a morning stroll to the right or left for a mile or better and most of the time not even see one other person. Just a few other beach homes. During our week, it had to be by far the best area for Conch shell gathering. We brought up over 150 Conchs ranging from 6” to 12”. Geez, we didn’t expect it, but some of them weighed nearly 5 lbs or more each. We did hit the sites like Flamingo Landing, Mudjin Harbor, Three Mary Cays, etc, but still found our favorite place to be was at the house. The few restaurants/bars on the island are just there, great for what we needed on a few nights but most of our week we spent making our own bacon & egg breakfasts and just grilling when we wanted. Throw a few dogs on the grill or a steak here and there, it was perfect for us. Not for everyone. We were there in the off season so it was quiet but I still wouldn’t expect to find any fine dining or night life around if that’s what you’re looking for. We weren’t. Enjoy the beauty of it all and enjoy each other and your family. That is what this vacation was all about for us and it was all of that and more. Will be back….

Fantastic secluded family vacation with amazing Caribbean view.

Listen to Waves as you Fall Asleep
If you have always wanted to stay right on the ocean, this well-appointed home is your perfect opportunity. My wife and I and our three children (ages 19, 19 and 16) stayed here over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house sits right on the beach, and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and kayaking. The Master bedroom has windows on 3 sides so you can listen to the wind and waves each night. The views from the living room and dining room are phenomenal. Cindy, the host was very communicative during the whole process and really lovely to work with. Two things to point out: This is located on North Caicos. It is a very quiet and serene place. There are a handful of restaurants and a few grocery stores but other than that it is very remote. We drove to Middle Caicos one day and passed 1 car. You will find solitude here, which is wonderful if that is what you are expecting. Second, it seems it depends on the wind and perhaps time of year but the no-seeums can wreak havoc starting at dusk. Bring bug spray. As long as you are aware of these, you will truly have a special, memorable stay. ENJOY.

Graig and his family were wonderful to work with and were also our first guests at our cottage! He gave me some great helpful hints (as a fellow homeowner) as to a couple things we forgot (potholders) when we were getting the house ready for rentals, which was super helpful as we need that kind of friendly feedback! Thanks Craig and hopefully you'll want to come back when the pool is done! Cheers!

Amazing beachfront house in dream location
As soon as we passed the front door, we were absolutely taken away by the location and beauty of the house. It is right on the beach and waking up every morning to this amazing view was incredible! The house itself is very well appointed : fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable beds (1 bdrm w king, 2nd bdrm w bunk beds and queen), 2 bathrooms .... it was very comfortable for our family of 5. The communication with both the property manager and owner was always very smooth, they always answered our questions onetime and made sure we were enjoying our vacation. You will need a car in North Caicos as the island is definitely more remote than Grand Caicos / Provo but if you want to experience a beachfront house on a secluded beach, don't look further !
