Pictures don’t show the actual room.

Just by looking at the pictures, I booked this room for my family, but it was very shabby. The 2 main things you want good in a hotel room are Linens and Toilet. Linen was ok, although I did see some spots on the sheet but the washroom was very shabby. Overall it could have been much better. Just a little more focus on the cleaning and it would be amazing.

It was decent. Staff was nice, poor AC

There was only a portable AC machine, the loft got so hot, hard to sleep, even with an extra fan. Staff was nice, but checking out was a nightmare with the elevator. It closes after 5 seconds, and as people were getting off, it didn’t give us enough time to get in and then we’d wait 5-15 minutes every time. Layout of the building is a bit confusing, you can only get to certain floors through certain entrances. Location was prime, right in the village, and for the price we paid, it was good.

Property was fine but portable ac unit was not working They did replace the day after Also paid for late checkout but there was confusion as our access cards stopped working early and then cleaning lady knocked on our to ask why we have not left even though we paid for late checkout.

Great location and generally good home

Home was in good shape when we arrived, but it was boiling hot. The single AC unit is not enough to keep this home cool, especially in the loft. Adding another set of units in the loft and main bedroom would help a lot. Can't really have the windows open at night because you hear the people partying below. On cooler days it was much nicer inside, though. We were here for the bikepark and it was an easy 2 minute ride to the bottom of Fitz. Overall, would recommend, but consider bringing an extra fan or two in the summer

Comfortable, convenient

Whistler Peak Lodge is beautifully located to enjoy the peaks, the village, the golf course and so much more. Service was very good and the staff was helpful, friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Visit was for recreation and the property was great! Only complaint was lack of air conditioning!

Loved this property just wish the air conditioning had been better. That would have made it a perfect stay for us.

This place was big enough for 8 of us, good price, amazing location and did the job while we skied and partied. The only negative was 1 bathroom for us all.

Great place

Our family enjoyed this wonderful cozy apartment. Great place with lots of room and amenities. Having fun in the snow and then coming back to this warm place with the fireplace on and some hot chocolate was everything that my family would dream for.Also the view was spectacular .

It was a nice clean space with lots of room. The one problem I faced was the air conditioning wasn’t distributed properly. The living room was cool while the rooms were hot. Otherwise the room was good.
