Great location, great price

The condo was exactly what I was looking for for my week at Whistler. The staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, and it was a pleasant experience overall.

The lodge is in the village which is very good if you travel with young kids. But after 10pm still have some ppl screaming or laughing down stair after their party. Which is annoying. The kitchen wardrobe very old and sb the tongs, soup ladder, knife put in organizer not just lay down over the old and scratchy wardrobe. Some spoon and cup have dirt stain and lipstick stain. The window not have rain gutter, and the room just have heater. So we need open window. When we were there was raining. So yea the rain got into our room. They provide the AC portable, but so noisy. For staff, I asked about kitchen cloth and they gave us after is ask twice. Over all for stay in there. Was Okay.

The room is fine. A little tired and not as nice as other apartments in the same property. It was clean and spacious though.

Very poor communication

Location is great. Took 3 days of emails and messages to get my reservation fixed. Terrible response. Toilet constantly leaked, straight back chairs were only seating and one was about to break, small view window obscured by large air conditioning unit, no reading light or night table on one bedside and window needs cleaning.

It was ok

Great location and if you’re just staying a night or two it should be fine. Murphy bed was way too uncomfortable. The phone in our room didn’t work so when our fire alarm kept beeping we had to go to the lobby to ask to get it fixed. There was way too much confusion with checkout. We paid for a late checkout and I guess they forgot to put a note on our file because house keeping came and then while we were out the hotel was calling us to ask if we are leaving because they thought we didn’t have a late checkout.

En plein centre du village de Whistler !

Tout est à distance de moins de 5 minutes de marche. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent profiter au maximum de Whistler. Endroit propre et très bien pour un séjour de ski.

Broken elevator that wast going to be repaired until Aprl was a huge inconvenience. Beds were uncomfortable and the electrical outlets in kitchen were on the face of the cabinets not onnthe counter top wall which would ave been dangerous if we had younger children. Staff were good.

It was in central location and clean. We have problem with the queen murphy bed and it was fixed promptly. Check in and out process was seamless.

Nice stay

Just stayed one night with two friends on level 5. Great location! It was clean and tidy in the room. It’s a little dated but okay. Earls, Mongolian grill and Avalanche Pizza are below but the noise level at night was fine.
