Great Location, Nice Accommodation

We loved this accomodation, it’s so central to everything but still far enough away from the noise of the party scene when you’re still after a good nights sleep. The room was really spacious and had great facilities for cooking meals when we didn’t want to go out. I’d definitely recommend this place and I’ll be staying here again

The towels were old and ripped, the bed was small (double); the location and staff are fantastic to deal with. We will come back but to a larger room for sure.

Central location short walk from lifts

The studio was a great location for a few nights stay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had a full fridge and oven but very few utensils and poor quality pans so we couldn't cook much.

Feels like home, just a few minor issues.

Me and my boyfriend booked 4 days and 3 nights here for our whistler adventure and we were pleased with our room. More towels would have been great. We also experienced 2 power outage during our stay (I was using the hair blower in high in the washroom) but it was convenient to have the breaker in the same room, we called the front desk and they just told us to “reset” it, so we did and it was fine moving forward. Overall, a really decent stay and price !

Forced public review as part of satisfaction survey

It was clean. What was expected for the low Whistler rate. No low-decibel air conditioning available. Only provided decaf coffee which I figure is so the cleaning staff have less to do on checkout. Room smelled like someone broke a bottle of men’s cologne.

Great location, about a 5 min walk to lift. Room was clean and as described. Bed was old and too soft and the kitchen was not well stocked in regards to extra plates, cups, utensils and pots. However, there was salt and pepper which was nice. Towels were small, thin, and cheap feeling. Hot tub was small and indoors but there were lots of towels available. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful!

Good location and clean

Unit 413 was a studio for two. It was clean and warm. I had to leave the air conditioner on during the entire two nights I stayed. One huge drawback was the toilet didn’t refill on its own after each flush. It wasn’t plugged but I needed to fill the toilet tank with water from the sink after each flush. I know there was no dishwasher provided…a dish drying rack would be a great item to have in the kitchen.

Centrally located hotel/lodge

Great for one person like myself or a couple. Nice view of the plaza. Could see some of the restaurants from the window. Walking distance from the bars, restaurants, and the ski lifts. I enjoyed using the fire place. The bathroom was large with a shower and tub. The tub had jets which can be used as a hot tub. There is a Jacuzzi inside the property. Did not use the kitchen but it does come in handy if you enjoy cooking your own meals. There is a grocery store which is walking distance from the lodge inside the village. Would definitely stay here again. The front desk also stores skis and snowboards for guests which is convenient.

Great location, on-site staff

Description on website was accurate—very compact—but it had everything we needed. Heating was comfortable. 24-hr front desk was a treat! A few hooks on the wall in the entryway as well as the bathroom would be a nice addition.

Really noisy and outdated

We were woken up both nights at 1:30AM by people shouting in corridors. The walls and doors are thin so there’s no insulation from noise.

Whistler peak lodge

The room was a nice size, good kitchen and bathroom. Had to keep blinds/curtains closed because made the room too hot otherwise. Aircon was noisy. Lift to our floor was fast. Easy to Walk around village from here.

Amazing location & place!

The perfection place for 2 people! Right in the village and only a couple minutes walk to the lifts. We had a great experience with the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms/hotel. We are going to be back here, it was the perfect first experience for us in Whistler!

Great basic accommodation in the heart of Whistler

Basic accommodation with everything you need. Rooms are a little dated but good value for price. One of the elevators was broken when we were visiting and did not get fixed for our whole stay. However location is fantastic, right in the village. Full kitchen if you want to make some meals. Overall a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and wanted to stay in the village.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect - big windows with blackout shades and the kitchen was fully equipped with a big fridge. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great stay

The Lodge and room were great for the location, cleanliness, comfort and value. The room was better than expected for our two night stay except the toilet didn't flush very well. We never complained so no stars off for that.
