Convenient and Clean

We loved our stay here! It was so convenient to be on the resort. We had everything we needed. Staff were so nice. We would stay here again and recommend this stay to anyone!

Nice location

It was a hotel room with stovetop and microwave and fridge. Bed was super cozy. Needs more places to hang ski gear

All about location. Perfect spot. Close to everything. Very clean & comfortable. Only issue was the AC machine. It was more of a noise maker. It did not keep the room cool.

Loud room and unusable AC

I’m a bit disappointed in the room we had allocated. Very noisy and stuffy because the AC was stuck on high ventilation. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed for one. We looked at other option in the village but decided to leave. We spent $500 for 1 night in total. We got in touch with customer manager who offered 10% discount which is pretty disappointing based on the quality of the stay and the fact we only stayed one night. I will not recommend it or go back. Thank you

Good location

The room that we got did not have a balcony as pictured in the advertisement. The bathtub was an old jet bathtub which didn’t work. The plastic around the Jets was cracked or missing and dirty. I certainly would never want to take a bath in it. One thing we did appreciate was being able to walk down one flight and be in the Square. The concierges were lovely. Somehow I missed the fact when I had booked that we would have to pay for parking which was $20 a day.

The location was great and it suited us well enough but we booked a queen room and got a double. The sheets didn't fit so popped off as soon as someone got on the bed. The room was stuffy but you couldn't leave the window open as it was very noisy outside. Which explained the room air conditioner in the room.

Nice place with good location. Parking good once you figure out the layout and elevators. Tub faucet leaked and the braker in the fuse panel tripped as soon as my wife plugged in her hair dryer but otherwise nice place.

Cozy with queen bed. Quite noisy at night as the location was close to nightlife and activities. Room gets really warm and grateful for aircon. Situated in Block 4 and there is no easy way to access the elevators directly without having to walk through a maze of corridors. Overall, great location next to Pan Pacific, clean with all the amenities that you need for a quick weekend trip.
