  • Make the best mountain memories here in Whistler when you indulge in a stay at this inviting ski-in/out condo! From the gas fireplace to the charming rustic decor, this condo will have you feeling right at home in no time. After a long day spent shredding fresh powder or hiking pristine trails, the well-equipped kitchen will come in handy for a home-cooked meal. After dinner, gather around the gas fireplace's dancing flames and tune into your favorite movie. As a part of The Aspens, you'll have access to a shared pool, three communal hot tubs, ski & bike storage, and a fitness facility! Sitting mere minutes from the Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head down to the Upper Village and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.
    Renovations and closures - Important:
    The pool and one hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, June 1st to Friday, June 5th.
    The lobby, public washrooms and gym floors will be worked on from Wednesday, May 27th to Thursday, June 4th. Smells and noise are to be expected. The Gym area will be closed during this time.

    Exterior Maintenance:
    Please note there will be a noise and smells associated with the below projects that will affect the surrounding units.
    Starting Monday May 11 for 4 weeks. At the far end of the property close to the parking entrance and Spearhead Drive. Foundation wall waterproofing, sewer line repairs , repairs to canopy roof wall.
    The following decks will be worked on starting June 15 for four weeks.
    All units located in the North Wing, The Aspens entry loop area, for all 4 floors will be painted.
    Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid July for one week.

Great location to Blackomb

Great place to stay with my family of 4. Perfect location, right on the hill at Blackomb and minutes away from the village. Pool and hot tub were also great for the family. We would stay here again. Thx!

Everything you need, nothing you don't

Great location. No frills accommodation. Was a perfect basecamp. We spent most of our time exploring but loved the private patio and community pool. Easy access to the village. Great value!

wonderful weekend

My daughter and I came for an extended weekend. It was lovely especially with the pool and hot tub. Great to have our balcony looking into the forest. Nice and quiet.

Ski-in ski-out with the spa along the slope. Best way to relax after the day. Well equipped condo. Great service from the resort. I would come back.

Great place!

The place was super clean and was so close to the village! Lots of linens and there was a sofa bed. We had an issue with the bedroom closet and the doors fell off the track. I’m sure that will be fixed though!

Nice ski in/out condo in great complex

Overall, happy with our stay and the unit is good value for the cost. The Aspen complex has good amenities including ski valet, location to lifts and hot tubs. The unit is a bit dated but was clean. The kitchen was poorly out fitted so don't expect to cook much. Unfortunately, the unit had a distinctly unpleasant and overpowering odor on arrival. Communication to address it with the property manager was great and seamless. They were able to get most of the odor removed.

AMAZING LOCATION!

This is one of the best ski-in, ski-out condos we’ve ever stayed in! The location was maybe 100 yards uphill from the Blackcomb gondola and you just walked out past the pool/hot tubs to put skis on. The cookware was sufficient enough (but minimal) to cook meals for the majority of the nights we stayed. We ran the dishwasher several times during our stay. We rented a car to drive up from Vancouver but you really don’t need a car once you get to the condo as the bus works great for places to which you can’t walk. A restock of the basic necessities during a stay would have been nice (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.). Overall this is an awesome place for 4 people on a ski vacation and we would return again!

This unit was missing a frying pan, oven mitts, cookie sheet. The toaster is useless. The utensils are dollar store quality. Making breakfast was a lesson in frustration. The resort’s security is sketchy especially the garage. People were raiding the recyclables when I put the garbage out. The employees at the front desk and ski valet were nice. The location is great for skiers.

Fridge didn’t work, utensils were all melted , front desk staff that worked there Thursday afternoon/evening and Friday morning was a total cow. Wasn’t helpful at all and had attitude the whole time , was put off when we asked her where we should park, put off when we asked her how to enter the pool, no direction or anything, really awful front counter

Location and amenities !

This location is so very good and the suite is very well appointed. I'm always appreciative of the coffee and creamers in the room as they make a quick cuppa in the morning easy. The view of the forest was pretty & private and the suite is very spacious for the two of us. We enjoy the laid back air of the Aspens and always meet interesting people in the hot tub that has a great view of the ski hill. Ski storage, support at the front desk and ease of check in/check out is an added bonus to support your stay. I would highly recommend this suite as we found it cleaner and better appointed than others that we have stayed in at the resort.

Location, Location, Location!

Aspens #122 is located in a beauty of a spot, slope side, from Blackcomb Gondola. The unit is conveniently on the first floor so no waiting for the elevator or running stairs. It was the perfect sized place for two adults to relax après ski. The unit has basic furnishings, a large TV and DVD player in the living room area and a small TV in the bedroom. The common area room across from the reception desk has DVDs to borrow and an ice machine (due to Covid ice trays in the unit are emptied after each guest). WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to. The bed was fine, not too mushy, not too hard (it’s a king made with two twin beds). There were plenty of towels and larger pool towels can be checked out from the reception desk. We expected to self-cater so brought our own spices, foil, etc. A few more pieces of basic silverware (forks, serving spoons, etc.) would be nice so the dishwasher wouldn't have to be run so often. It was nice there was a compost bucket, recycling and trash bins. The ski concierge was great, just show up to the stand by the pool, give your room number and the friendly attendants would bring out your skis; we did not need to supply a lock. We did not use the steaming pool or hot tubs but they looked inviting and many were in them at the end of the day. Aside from the below maintenance items, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely rent #122 again. There are a couple maintenance issues: - The kitchen & bathroom sink taps drip, so must be turned off ‘just so’. New washers or tightening something might remedy the dripping and help with not wasting water… - Pot holders/oven mitts are needed in the kitchen as well as a new rubber spatula. - Bathroom fan timer (located outside left of bathroom entrance) sticks. It took us a while to figure that out as just pushing the wall switch inside the bathroom would not turn off the fan that was running non-stop when we arrived. - The unattached headboard would occasionally clunk against the wall a bit... - Aspens/Vacasa need to spring for a couple more luggage trolleys as there are only a couple and always in use so made arrival a lot of work to-ing and fro-ing all of our stuff one by one.

Cozy apartment with a nature view

This apartment is very nice and quiet, and the whole resort is in a really good location - easy to walk to upper village and further to Whistler village. The complex has heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs, which is really convenient, but the pool and one hot tub are separated from the other two hot tubs by the fence, so it needs 10 character punched in to go between them. Apartment was missing duvet for the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen should be better supplied - no good knife or pan, not enough utensils (only 4 forks, for example). Not even basic spices were supplied, like pepper and salt. We (three adults) were staying 4 nights, there were only two coffee bags supplied, 3 dishwasher tablets, two rolls of toilet paper. I got them from the reception, but why is that not supplied before we came in? The bed in the bedroom is huge, but very hard mattress, and hard pillows. The base of the bed was not properly attached to the head board, so the headboard was freely moving. There were small pieces of glass on the bathroom floor which we collected. This could be a perfect apartment with little maintenance, better cleaning and better supplies.
