Clean unit

We enjoys our stay with our family of 4: two adults and two teens. The AC worked great, the washer and dryer were very convenient, the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the central location of the unit, close to dining, shopping, museum, etc. Overall helpful contact with unit management, altho they should have fixed a plumbing issue that got worse during our stay.

The place was great, comfortable, and right in the village. Very clean and stylish. All that was perfect however I had purposely booked this place to have a hot tub and was not informed it is under an reno and out of service.

Great Place to Stay after Snowboarding

Had a good experience and used the hottub. Everything was good and was quiet enough to sleep at night. No complaints and process was pretty easy.

We love this place!

Our family of 4 have stayed at this unit multiple times and every time it has been perfect for our needs. The entire unit is well-kept, clean and well- appointed with appliances and amenities. There are plenty of towels and everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location cannot be beat as it is just steps from the main olympic plaza. Highly recommend this charming place!

There were 3 different instructions on how to leave the unit.

The stay was good. The elevator on our end was broken. No one informed us.

Spring skiing at Whistler

Our unit at Marketplace lodge was clean, spacious, and conveniently located in Whistler Village with easy access to restaurants, a supermarket, and liquor store. It was about a 10 minute walk through the village to both the Whistler and Blackcomb lifts.

Great location and a lovely calm place!

Everything was perfect. The only problem was that the elevator was out of service, and we had to go a long way to approach the parking.

Great Whistler stay

Nice 2 BR, 2BA in Whistler. Comfortable beds, very clean, nicely stocked kitchen and great location in the Village. We didn't have a car so walked and used taxi. Vacasa was great to work with--brought our keys from one location to the other so we could pick up our keys in town near the bus drop off. We could even check in a bit earlier than expected.

Horrible. . 1 bedroom should have been a closet. . 2nd bedroom I tripped and fell on corner of bed which was less than 12 inches from chest of drawers.(explains blood on sheets) Elevator out of order on my side of building.2 people barely fit on outside deck. Should be sued calling this 2 bedroom condo .

Unit good, Vacasa sucks

The unit was clean and it was as advertised, minus the hot tub, which was an update after the booking that it wouldn't be available. It would have been nice if this was an upfront piece of information prior to the booking. Also, heads up to any renting, the parking is small. When I arrived, there was another car half parked in the stall and we were informed we could park in another stall by a local staff/ reception. Then the next day I got a text telling me to move the car immediately or be towed when I was already on the mountain and hiking/ wouldn't be able to respond. There were four different numbers for after hours check in to call, and all did not respond for a solid 20 mins. This was particularly frustrating as I had arrived prior to the after hours time, when there should have been someone at reception. There is a huge communication gap between reception and the Vacasa company, leading to a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend Vacasa to anyone

It was fine. Clean. The shower was nice and hot, but would be nice if it has a fully covered door. It’s a half opening which was weird. The hot tub was more of a “warm tub” the smaller room was very cold. It did not seem to regulate with the rest of the condo. But overall, it was good. Close to amenities, close to lifts:)

Great location next to the market and a short walk to the lifts. because the unit is just above the roof there is very little noise from the street and people below, very nice. The elevator was broken so that made for a long walk to get into the basement and trash room but its not too bad.
