Great location and quiet.

Our room was fantastic overall. The kitchen was not fully stocked and minimal cleaning supplies for the kitchen. We ate most meals out with the exception to breakfast. The room had a great view and wad quiet. I would stay there again.

Fall in whistler

I absolutely love the cascade lodge. For its location and quietness we had a top floor room facing the backside, so we could actually have the windows open and not hear anything which was wonderful. it also helped we had some really nice cool weather. Also it is centrally located so you have access to everything with an easy walk

Good place

The hotel was good value for money and close to all amenities, however security could be improved there is no internal lock on the door and I was able to get a code to the suite without providing ID. Further someone was permited to solicit marketing material door to door. Beyond the lacking security we very much enjoyed our stay.

Unable to Recommend

I had high hopes - I picked the top floor on the back side of the hotel for noise reasons and had I been able to stay I would have rated differently. The shuttle dropped me off a little after 9 pm Monday, 09/05/22 and I checked in with the front desk and made my way to room 609 (top floor). Upon entering my room, I felt a weird vibration – not a bad vibe, an actual vibration in the walls, in the floor. I could feel it. I went to the bedroom and the vibration was so bad the window was rattling. I went downstairs and spoke to the front desk agent and asked for a different room. She suggested they call maintenance first, so we waited and maintenance came by and together we went up to the room. I suggested and he confirmed that there was, in fact, a giant HVAC until right above my room on the roof and there was nothing they could do about the vibrations and the rattling. We both went downstairs; I again asked the front desk agent for a different room. They were not able to accommodate me in that property nor their sister property down the street. Since I was not going to be able to sleep there, I gave them the room key back and let them know I would not be staying there and went looking for a new hotel. I left on foot and made my way to the other side of Whistler Village and checked into the Pan Pacific Mountainside hotel around 10:45 pm that same night (Monday) which is where I stayed for the duration of my trip.

Perfect location for a family

The hotel is located close to the border of Whistler village. This makes parking your vehicle really easy as most of the village is not open to motor vehicles and you can park underground here; an important factor when you are travelling with young kids. Our suite was clean and staff were very helpful…will be back here again.

Christmas get away

The place is very average overall but it is conveniently located close to the main Village and gondolas. Our unit was clean, staff were friendly and I enjoyed the pool/hot tub/fitness facility.

Nice little getaway

Clean room. Furnished and equipped with what we needed during our stay. Loved the pool, but sadly it does not open until 10 am (due to cleaning - which a good, responsible thing). Loved swimming during the day - relatively quiet and such nice clean water. Evening was pleasant too as water is heated.

Cascade Lodge 609

Easy check in and clean room. A bit dark in the main area but that is due to the location in the building and the trees right outside the balcony. Great location to everything and just far enough away to avoid the noise of the village.

Long weekend

Weather was amazing. Hotel room was clean and ready for convenience of us staying for three days. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Definitely would stay again

Great, confortable place to stay

We spent a great couple of nights here. Pool and hot tub were fun for us and our young daughter. And the hotel is in a great location to be in the village, but still have a quiet place to sleep. Definitely recommend!

Everything you need for a hassle free stay

Loved the equipped kitchen. The washing machine and tumble dryer we’re great, especially for being able to dry my daughters swimming costume as she used the pool multiple times! Location was amazing. We will be back.
