February 2023 stay at Whistler

Room was Simple but clean. Very comfortable bed and nice sheets. TV was really small but ok to watch.

A modest space like home

We are participating in RBC Grand fondo event and this is the place we chose for being the best location for exploring the whole town. They have an underground parking also has a bike storage that is secured. Checking in is so straightforward. I tried checking in around noon early than scheduled but the receptionist welcomed us warmly and checked if the room is already available. Unfortunately it is in the process of preparing it, she offered us to park at their garage gave us directions and waited for their email or text if the room will be ready. Got the notice of the room two hours early than regular. At their garage they have a parking ticket machine as well as sign that you can pay through an app. I paid my parking through the phone app for the duration of my stay. However, I got some typo error made while paying the parking from my phone. This is the reason the next day I was issued a parking ticket. i ask some assistance with the hotel receptionist they immediately gave me an immediate help regarding this issue. Kudos to Reena Q. The hotel staff that took care of the matter. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable the small kitchen has all the things you’ll need during your stay. I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and colleagues if they want to visit Whistler.

We loved the facility and its amenities. The pool was a refreshing treat after a day of hiking and site seeing in the hot August weather. It was in the heart of Whistler and walking distance to everything. The room had all the necessities for in house meals. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Ecomical. Practical. Comfortable.

Clean and tidy. Pool and hot tub. Include kettle, stove, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, cooking pots&pans, utensils, China ware, fridge, etc. Good to bring our own groceries to cook next time..
