    The Space:

    Soft winter light filters across the village as you step inside, boots dusted with fresh snow and the mountains rising just beyond. Evenings settle in quietly here - steam curling from the private hot tub on the covered deck while the glow of the indoor fireplace warms the living space. After a day on Whistler’s slopes or wandering the snowy paths of the village, this condo offers a peaceful place to return to.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The condo sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-through closet, and an ensuite with a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and a sauna for warming up after a cold day outdoors. This space does not have an external window but offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed with views overlooking Blackcomb Mountain and the village. Both bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials, and in-suite washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



    Living spaces

    An open-plan layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating an inviting space to gather. Rustic barn board accents and soft lighting complement the indoor fireplace, offering a cozy setting for winter evenings. Large sliding doors lead to the covered deck, blending indoor warmth with crisp alpine air. A TV and portable fans are available, along with heating to keep the space comfortable throughout the season.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for easy meal preparation, whether you are fueling up before first tracks or winding down with a relaxed dinner. Stainless appliances, granite counters, and a dining table provide space to cook and gather, while the breakfast bar offers a casual spot for morning coffee. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender are all included, along with a dishwasher for easy cleanup.



    Outdoor living

    The covered deck offers outdoor furniture and direct access to the private hot tub - a sheltered place to unwind as snow falls softly around the village.



    Convenience & amenities

    Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to stay connected. Additional features include a private entrance, safe, clothing storage, and self check-in with smart lock. Secure underground parking for one vehicle is available in the free parking garage on premises, and shared ski storage is located in the garage for added ease.

    Located in the heart of Whistler Village, you are a short walk from both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, as well as shops, dining, and entertainment. The mountains, village pathways, and everyday conveniences - including a grocery store and liquor store downstairs - are all within easy reach.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Hearthstone Lodge is just a 3-minute walk to both the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. Nestled beside the Whistler Conference Centre, with a grocery store and liquor store right downstairs, everything you need is at your doorstep. Perfect for guests who want comfort, convenience, and instant access to the mountains and village life.



    Getting Around:

    • 5-minute walk to Whistler Village Gondola

    • 10-minute walk to Blackcomb Gondola

    • 10-minute walk to Upper Village

    • 1-minute walk to the Village Stroll

    • 5-minute walk to Whistler Golf Course

    Other Things to Note:

    • No external window in the primary bedroom. Please note there is no external window in the primary bedroom

    • Hot tub jets and sauna may not be used at the same time; when the sauna is switched on, the hot tub jets will be turned off automatically. Once the sauna has been turned off, please expect a 20 minute delay before the hot • tub jets resume functionality.

    • Ski storage. Please be aware that the shared ski storage is in the garage. We advise you to bring your own ski lock

    • Stairs. There is no elevator in the building, access from the car park is up two flights of stairs. Access from the street is up one flight of stairs

    • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

    • Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

    • Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

    • No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

    • Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Amazing location!

Location was wonderful! Had everything we needed. Parking convenient. No problems with hot tub. It was nice to have that to enjoy at the end of each ski day. Whistler is such a special place.

Location, Location, Location!

The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the village, at the base of the Whistler Mountain, accessible to everything! We could cook, access wonderful restaurants, site see. Our only initial challenge was figuring out where our unit was located, not a big deal -- once we figured that out, AWESOME!!

The condo itself is lovely, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. The hosts were very responsive, accommodating with check-in, and even waived the charge for a broken glass, which we appreciated.Be aware that the building and location come with some noise (neighbours and the village square), so it may not be the best fit if you’re seeking a quiet retreat — but it’s ideal for a lively group getaway close to everything.The hosts send a lot of automated messages, which at times felt a bit overwhelming to me, though I can see why it would be helpful for many guests. We also felt the 320 cleaning fee was on the high side, especially given a couple of areas could have been cleaner (kitchen floor & hot tub on arrival.Overall, though, it’s a great spot for a central Whistler stay, especially if you want to be right in the action with easy access to the village.

Needs a convenient building entry, elevator, better ski storage, better lighting erc

Very noisy at night due to nearby clubs, making sleeping difficult. Terrible entrance experience with no identified entrance, no elevator, narrow stairs and narrow, poorly lit hallways. Ski storage is poor and inconvenient. Lighting in the unit is poor. Generally poor quality construction.

Incredible location, great property management, frustrating hot tub....

Perfect location in the heart of the village. Literally on top of the grocery store and liquor store, 30-second walk from Gateway Loop drop-off location, and a short effortless 5 min walk to the main lifts. Pictures are accurate, condo was clean, beds were comfy. Expect to hear the outdoor partiers leaving the bars late at night, its nothing a little white-noise from you phone can't solve. Only issue was the hot tub. It's clean, new, and perfectly sized for 3 (maybe 4). but out first two nights, it help tripping the circuit breaker for the condo and shutting down when we ran the jets. Instructions say not to have the sauna on - check. We never turned it on. We also turned off the oven, washer/dryer, radiant heat floors, even every light. It still tripped. Property Mgt was VERY responsive to our issue, and had a tech spend 2 hours troubleshooting it. Conclusion was - only use one jet on low speed at a time. Both jets a high speed, no matter what else, caused it to trip offline (and it takes 15-20 minutes to reset!). Other than the hot tub, and no real good place to store your skis, this place was great. And, Whistler Platinum property management was always VERY responsive to any communication/request I sent. Highly recommend them for the service they provided.
