Sleeping arrangements

This two-level townhome can accommodate up to six guests across two bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Connected to the primary bedroom, the adjoining den offers a relaxed spot to watch TV or read, with a fold-down wall bed for additional guests. A sliding partition separates the two spaces, making it a great option for families with children who want their own sleeping space close by. Please note that the den is connected to the primary bedroom rather than a fully separate bedroom. A second full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is also located on this level for added convenience.



The main level features a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed and an internal window (non-opening). A powder room is located opposite for added convenience.

Recently completed from top to bottom, this fully renovated townhome has been reimagined for modern mountain living. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis above ground with a parking pass. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Stairs. Entry to the home is up 15 stairs and is the only way to access the home

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes may be parked in the shared underground parkade beside the assigned parking stall using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Quiet hours. Municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Strictly no parties or events. This will result in immediate eviction from the property

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
