    The Space:

    Snow falls quietly beyond the wide bay windows as first light settles over Blackcomb Mountain. You step onto the private balcony, breathing in crisp alpine air while skiers trace fresh lines below. After a day on the slopes, the glow of the gas fireplace draws you back inside, where warmth and mountain views create an inviting place to unwind.



    Sleeping arrangements

    This single-level condo accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV, spacious closets, and an ensuite with a double vanity, a bathtub with shower, and heated floor. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. A second bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity, and heated floor, offering comfort and convenience for your group.



    Living space

    The bright corner-unit layout feels open and welcoming, with natural light filtering through bay windows. Gather in the lounge with its leather sofa, armchairs, and TV, or settle in beside the indoor fireplace after time outdoors. Wifi makes it easy to stay connected if needed, while heating and portable fans help keep the interior comfortable throughout the year.



    Kitchen & dining

    The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you are fueling up before ski access or sharing dinner together in the evening. A dining table offers space to sit down and connect, and the open layout keeps everyone part of the conversation.



    Outdoor & building amenities

    Your private patio or balcony provides a peaceful vantage point for mountain views and fresh air. Within the building, guests have access to a pool, hot tub, and gym, along with an elevator and free parking garage on premises. Secure ski storage supports easy ski access during the winter season. The front desk staff is available during the day to let guests in, and self check-in adds flexibility to your arrival.



    Location

    Set directly beside Merlin’s Run, the property offers convenient ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola in winter. From here, you can walk about 10 minutes or take a short free shuttle ride to Whistler Village for dining and shops. Lost Lake is also nearby for year-round exploration.



    With mountain views, thoughtful amenities, and direct access to the slopes, this Whistler retreat offers a comfortable base for winter days and relaxed evenings by the fire.



    Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



    Getting Around:

    • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

    • 2-minute walk to Upper Village

    • 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

    • 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

    • 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

    • A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

    • A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

    • Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



    Other Things to Note:

    • Construction Notice: Please note that neighbouring units will be undergoing renovations from May 1 to June 30. Guests may experience noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to construction activity, including the use of power tools. If you have any questions or would like more details before booking, please contact our team. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the potential disruptions.

    • No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

    • Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

    • Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

Convenient ski-on/out at base of Blackcomb

The service was outstanding. The location is perfect although it requires going up steps (not so easy for those who are senior citizens in ski boots) to get to the slopes. Other complaints were minor - i.e the lock on the ski locker was temperamental and no soap dishes in the shower. Everything else was great.

Well appointed

We were two adults and two teenagers and the apartment suited us very well. It is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. We used both the pool and the hot tub and liked the location just out of town. The staff on the front desk were very helpful. We liked the use of the underground parking. The best compliment we can pay is that we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Great Location for Whistler condo

The unit was very nice, clean and well supplied. The location was great for accessing the upper and lower villages and the parkade was convenient with ample bike storage. The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay which was disappointing; better communication on this issue would have been appreciated as the kids got their hopes up based on various discussions we had with the front desk. Overall a very nice property.

The co do itself was very good. Our only complaint was the lack of storage for our mountain bikes. The storage unit was filled with abandoned bikes.

Our visit

There were a few issues, drain plug didn't work, and they were fixed quickly. When the hot water went out, they fixed it fairly quickly. House keeping could have discovered the first issues and had them resolved prior to us checking in. When the boiler went doew, it would've been nice had prop mgt notified us, instead of the opposite. We do like the property

Wonderful Location for Ski Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful spring break ski vacation. While the ski in/out access wasn't right to the condo entrance due to the end of season conditions, it was still just a very short walk to the closest trail.We arrived after hours and the staff kindly arranged for lock-box pickup of our condos' key cards. Underground covered parking was very convenient. Our only gripe was that the ski storage area was not marked, and after hours there was nobody around to guide us. We wandered around for 10 minutes before we could find it.The location is fantastic, walkable to the Blackcomb Village and a convenient shuttle to Whistler Village. The hot tub and pool were great.The unit itself wasn't as "homey" as other vacation rentals we've stayed at, but while a bit sterile it still had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a nice kitchen with lots of supplies, and fully lived up to the listing and photos.We would definitely stay here again without pause. Highly recommended!

This unit was perfect for an adult with two teenagers. Not too loud, as some places closer to the village would be. Easy access to lifts etc One forewarning-- there is no air conditioning in this unit and it was 92°F every day we were there. The pool was badly needed! The desk staff did try to help see if we could move to an air conditioned unit, but there were no options other than using fans. If this is important to you, look for a unit with air conditioning. We would definitely come back to this unit

Great layout and space

We\'ve stayed at Woodrun before and continue to return because of its amazingly convenient location, great customer service and comfortable amenities. This particular unit was new to us, and the extra space really made a difference. I particularly loved the mudroom area for hanging all of our wet things. And my growing kids appreciated not knocking their heads on a bunk bed in the mornings. The only challenge was maintaining the temperature. Despite turning down all the thermostats in the condo, I couldn\'t get the temp in the main bedroom to go below 21.5c at night without opening windows and running fans (it was 0-3c outside). And since this unit faces the front of the building, leaving the windows open was a bit noisy. But overall, I would recommend this unit.

Look no further!

Having never been to Whistler we didn’t know what to expect and Whistler Platinum was wonderful! They helped with car transportation as well as directions as needed. The unit was great - ski in/out. High end fixtures and all kitchen utensils. And a nice short walk into lower village. We will be back!
