This spacious 2 floor condominium in the back of the main village is great for a big group. Ours had 8 people, and there was room enough for everyone between the two floors of the unit.
While we appreciated the location (easy walking distance to the village stroll), it is also immediately adjacent to the highway, and the older windows of the complex do let some road noise into the second bedroom.
It is apparent that the owner of this suite has invested very little into it in the decades since the complex was built. The kitchen is mostly original, with a very loud dishwasher, faulty sink faucet and fridge drawers that get stuck. The mattresses were quite comfortable, but pretty much all other furnishings and art work are tired and sometimes very worn (the chairs next to the fireplace especially). Bathrooms are very basic, and lighting is uninspiring. It's too bad, because with just a bit of effort, these things could be vastly improved and the place could look and feel much nicer.
As others have mentioned, the private hot tub only goes to 99 degrees F. We asked the Vacasa front desk if it was a mechanical issue, but they told us that this is just how hot it goes. This was very disappointing, as you really don't get the same experience with a "lukewarm tub," especially on a cold day/night.
Lastly, the unit is advertised as a "first-floor getaway" but in reality it just has a first-floor entry with stairs immediately up to the second/main floor. This isn't objectively a
