"The room was nice, with two bedrooms. They offer a shuttle to take you closer to the main lift, but it stops running at 4:00 pm. You can also walk from the hotel, although there are some uphill and downhill sections, and with ice it can be a bit challenging. Overall, it was a lovely stay. Thanks!"

"Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
