Scottish Inn is not the same hotel is indicated on Expedia.com
The room was very different than the pictures online. It was rundown, dirty, with stains on the walls and ceiling (pictures available upon request). The bathroom door was locked, when I informed the check-in person, instead of being helpful and trying to find a solution, he was accusing me of locking the door, and trying to create problems.
I have used Expedia many times, but I am very disappointed by Expedia for not verifying the accuracy of the service they sell. I tried to call Expedia’s customer service multiple times but they “have technical issues, please call back later”.
