After i had my reservation confirmed and paid, when i arrived to the hotel, they told me that i dont have a room, because the hotel was fully occupied.

La recepcionista ni tan siquiera un saludo. Me entregó las llaves del cuarto ni la bienvenida. Llegamos al cuarto y la habitación súper sucia. Bajé nuevamente le expliqué a la recepcionista como que no le gustó. El desayuno muy pobre. Anteriormente me he quedado en Orlando con la cadena de ustedes y muy bueno, por eso decidí hacer la reservación con ustedes en Nueva York, pero la realidad fue bien pésimo. Muy triste.

While staying there for 2 nights I experienced roaches and my family and I are allergic. Friendly staff and comfortable bed but I couldn't understand that the back hallway was smelly and nasty and dirty. I'm very disappointed of my stay there. I would love a refund for my stay if it's possible. I been in the extended stay america in Secaucus and it was way better then Whippany extended stay america.

The kitchen was a nice size, the check in was fast and easy: I got to the room and it smelled like food. It didn’t bother me too much. I noticed there was an empty water bottle by the window sill, and a clump of hair on the counter. I looked at the bed and there was more pieces of hair on the bed. I went down to the lobby and asked if it was possible to get a new room or refund. The WiFi was down, I called Expedia to see what I can do, and the man from the front desk said there was another room available, so I checked it out. There was hair in the other bed. Eventually Expedia gave me the refund. It was very inconvenient, and not something I wanted to be doing at 1:00 in the morning. Hopefully they can update the amenities of this hotel property and a staff who is more friendly. For the price that was paid it was not worth being uncomfortable.

This was a last minute stay to avoid driving in the snow to work. The place is run down and noisy. The room we had smelled musty and had dirty towels. Then in one of the kitchen draws there were crack pipes. They switched our room but that one wasnt much better. We were very uncomfortable at that point but stayed to be out of the snow. Its a shame because it could be nice if better maintained and monitored. Never again!

The person at the front desk is not always there. They were either outside talking to someone in a car outside or in another room around the corner folding towels. The "free breakfast " was abysmal (consisted of snacks and coffee self service). The 3rd floor was noisy at like 5:30am with people screaming or possibly having wild sex. Luckily I was there for less than overnight....had to stay in proximity to my job and druge through a snowstorm. The only thing I liked wad that my bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable....just the essentials.

Room was ok and staff was friendly. However the hallway smelled like fish both night. And there was a fight at night in the hallway in the evening. Some couple arguing. Also coffee in the morning was stale and really gross like it tasted days old.

Property it’s self well maintained and cleaned. All staff minus the GM Brian are fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. The GM is very unprofessional and not well versed in customer relations and management. He has been verbally aggressive and rude on multiple occasions and also knocked on my door while I was not there are requested my 12 year old son and dog to exit the to room and sit in the lobby until I returned with the daily payment. We have been staying at the hotel for a month now and ALWAYS have paid.

Good service but older interior
Friendly and good service. Good location for my work purposes. Exterior updated but room kitchen area very dated (rust on exterior of fridge, wear on microwave display). Coffee maker and dishes not in unit (could request dishes but think paper). Shower would not turn off so bath not an option. Room smelled strongly of smoke. I did not request a different room. I got the impression it may have been applicable to all. Hotel was quiet and I slept well.
