"We stayed at the apartment for four nights while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. "We had a really lovely stay in The Yurt — it had everything we needed and was so warm and cosy, even in November. The hot tub was brilliant, especially for a bit of star gazing in the evenings. The attention to detail throughout was fantastic, and we really appreciated the little touches — including the wagon to ferry our things from the car to The Yurt. All the information we needed was laid out clearly in a detailed booklet, which made everything really easy. Charlie was incredibly helpful...

"The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private. It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. "

"My experience at this hotel was disappointing. I chose it for one specific reason: the pool and spa, so I could enjoy some time with my 3-year-old son. But when we went to the area, we were told that children are not allowed. This crucial restriction, which should be clearly stated at the time of booking, completely undermined the purpose of our stay. The rooms are basic and dated. The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels worn out. Breakfast was another letdown: they didn’t even have bread — something simple, inexpensive, and essential in any decent buffet. The only positive point is the staff. They were polite, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the rest. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be returning."
