Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. It was our first time doing an overnight in a hotel with our kids who have special needs, so having the space to put them to bed and have their sensory needs taken care of while my husband and I relax in our own space was exactly what made it work.
