The owners thought of everything we'd need for our stay, including homemade cookies! The house was clean and located very close to the racetrack. We were very impressed with the house!!

Lucas Oil Races

The home was perfect. It had plenty of room, some wood for the fire pit, plenty of chairs, clean comfy and exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay here again. They even had homeade cookies for us when we arrived (thank you!) It is also very conveniently located near store/gas station and food. It's 6 Wheatland blocks away from speedway. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Racing weekend house.

We came for the races at Lucas Oil Speedway. The house has all the comforts of home and easily accommodated six of us. I recommend this to anyone visiting the speedway for multiple days.

Perfect Place

It was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean, had everything we needed, and close to everything. Nice front and back porches. Even had a washer & dryer. Would definitely stay here again!! We did have teenagers with us, and they complained about the lack of WiFi, but I rather enjoyed it!

Base for fishing trip

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here. Perfectly suited for our needs and owner has thought of nearly everything you could possibly need. She is also very attentive, checking often about our experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing to stay in area!

Relaxing oasis

We enjoyed our stay. The house was stocked with everything from pots and pans to soaps! The bed was also the best one we have had in all our vrbo stays! Would stay again if we are in the area. A very friendly community!

Fishing Trip

This is our second year staying in Joni's place for what has become an annual fishing trip. Suits our needs perfectly. We have plenty of room to park/charge boats and easy access to lakes. The owner has thought of everything that a home away from home could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen, coffee pot, even charcoal for the grill. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate Joni's attentiveness.

Exactly what we needed

This property was perfect for our racing trip. It is close enough to the track to commute back and forth with a golf cart and far enough away to enjoy other aspects of a vacation. The house has everything you need and the vast outdoor space is great for grilling, games, and fires. The hosts are nice people and responsive to your needs. We will definitely stay at this property again.

A Jewel in Wheatland!

The property was fantastic and one of the best we have stayed at in the area. The location was perfect! You are near the local grocery store (Hickamo’s-which is excellent), the gas station and a small restaurant. You are about two blocks from the city center which has a nice park and picnic area along with another restaurant option. The racetrack is four blocks away but not far at all which allows you to get the race experience and return to a location away from the crowds. The property is very well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of space inside, very comfortable and extremely clean. You can certainly tell the owners care about this property by the cleanliness, aesthetics, and all the extra amenities they have added to make your stay better (fire pit with wood, grill, chairs for the outdoor space, gravel parking areas, all the kitchen items, nice backyard area to enjoy). The washer and dryer are a nice bonus along with the grill that was fully stocked with charcoal and lighter fluid by the host. The host even stopped by to check on our stay and graciously offered to cut some wood from an Applewood tree in the backyard for us to use with the grill….AMAZING! Parking at the location is superb. Plenty of space to park several vehicles and trailers at the home without feeling congested or impacting the nice outdoor area. If you plan to stay in Wheatland, you will not be disappointed with this property. We have already booked it again!
