"Nothing can be done. Its not what the pictures show. Its an old and outdated motel thats been retrofitted to appear as though its modern. In the photos the rooms look like holiday inn or other modsrn places but upon arrival you will realize its just a dollar store version. They allow pets it seems. Someone had a dog in the room beside me. I got to hear one of two things, dog walking woth loud scratching on the linoleum floor, or barking. You also get a choice of heat in tbe room or...

"2nd year in a row booked and pool was not working i have grandkids i took there for fun. I called on Wednesday when i booked to make sure pool was working and they said yes came to check in on the Friday and they said it wasnt working. This is the 2nd year in row this happened. Very disappointed. Never booking there agsin."

"There was no cot available for our extra child, and when we asked for extra bedding the staff informed us we were only allows 1 extra blanket. The hot tub was not working, despite beig told at the front desk that it was working. The place waas generally unclean and dingy. Staff was friendly. "

"The hotel is under construction and the workers have zero consideration for the guests! Hammering started at 8am Sunday morning in the room directly below mine. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk it was as if they didn’t care because they already had my money! Don’t ever stay here."
