Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your time taken after the fact but do however wish that you had voiced your concerns when you were here allowing us the chance to address and fix your issues. The basin had a small blockage, now sorted. The eco light bulbs could of been changed for you although have not been as have proven bright enough for all other customers. The small bathroom is what it is, somewhere to wash, shower, shave and whatever else you need to do. Regards Jason

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, unfortunately we can not meet everyone's requests all of the time. We have reviewed camera footage and believe our manager Dale did her best to help and advise you. The fact that you showed with more persons than booked and didn't declare until asked about extra persons later in the evening was the first issue, easily avoided if you had said upon arrival. This becomes a serious operational safety issue when we don't know how many are on site. The second issue being a receipt when paying through a third party, as your credit card statement will show, we didn't take your money so your issue should be taken up with the third party.
