"Amazing house and views. What a wonderful house to use for 3 days or 3 weeks. We were two couples who enjoy cooking and found the kitchen facilities and equipment were more than adequate. Very central to many wineries and of course Barnbougle restaurant. Loved our stay here. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever travelling Tasmania again. Highly recommend."

"What a lovely old house we had such a lovely relaxing chilled weekend. So lovely and clean cosy and warm and comfy beds. Only 20 mins. from Launceston and the town of Exeter only Minutes away from the house for supplies. Lovely and quiet. There were only 3 of us but plenty of room for at least 8 adults. "Amazingly decorated and furnished. Don't need to take anything- it's all there. Linen is amazing - down pillows, doona and lounge!!! Stayz processes let the team down. Property Manager is extremely helpful and accomodating."

There had been an issue with the cleaner and floors and rugs were dirty on arrival. Host very quick to investigate and provide explanation. Would stay again."

"Six family members stayed here for the Christmas week whilst seven others were in a nearby house. Unlike some Greens Beach houses Rick's place is a shack, but with plenty of room and we'll equipped for our group.The high speed NBN was an unexpected bonus. Recommended."
