We are John and Ariel Guinn, dedicated RV park managers committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for our guests. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran originally from Orlando, Florida, who brings strong leadership, responsibility, and attention to detail to the daily operations of the park. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time on the water.
Ariel is originally from Wilson, North Carolina, and supports the organizational and guest-focused aspects of park management. She enjoys reading, gardening, and helping ensure every visitor has a positive stay. Together, we live on-site and share a love for cooking and spending time with family. Our goal is to create a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere where every guest can have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
