"Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings.
Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

"Ray and Angela were awesome hosts. They were very friendly and made us feel at home. My husband and I really enjoyed our time there.The cabin was beautiful and really clean. It is pet friendly and our fur baby loved it. The fishing is good too. Across the water from where we were was Goat Island and lots of people stopped by to visit the goats. They offer both paddle boat and kayak rental. They have drinks and fishing bait for sale. We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back...

"Absolutely great place to stay. Extremely great views. You are rt on the water and I mean rt on the water. Wake up walk out on the deck and watch the fish straight down below you. If is a little rough walking down to the lower level where you will stay. But if you have good knees it is well worth it. We will for sure stay again"

"Last minute I had to book something as I had to pick my son up from Fort Benning due to an injury. When we came into the house, we were taken back. There was a paper towel in the sink filled with dirt, there were washcloths inside the washing machine dirty, some paper towels in the garbage can, and the front bathroom had issues with the toilet. "The house was great except that the interior walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling so my young children had a hard time sleeping. Also the add seemed to me to indicate the place had a pool but the pool is across the property between two other properties and is shared by all three. Which is fine just not what I was expecting. Other than that everything was great, quiet area, large yard for the kids and dogs to run around in, and close to town. Check in and check out was hassle free. "
