Brady provided us with his cell number and promptly reached out to ensure our safety and comfort. He was genuinely concerned about our safety, walked us through relighting the pilot light that tripped during the quake and offered assistance if/when needed. This level of care and concern made us feel secure and well-taken care of during a very stressful situation.
Throughout our stay, Brady remained attentive and accessible. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, offering helpful suggestions and recommendations for local attractions and activities. Brady's familiarity with the area and procedures added value to our experience, enabling us to make the most of our time in Lake Almanor Country Club.
